  1. Have email come up first than let the user decide if they want to look at "news articles.". I suspect most people just want read email

  2. Please stop sending my inbox messages to old mail after I read them. once I read the email I can decide where they need to go.

    Leave inbox messages in the inbox once they are read. I can decide where my messages go when I done with them. Thanks

  4. be able to add person to contacts from the email in app. emails from my bank keep going to spam

    make app more user friendly. be able to add contacts to contact list from email. also be able to delete multiple contacts at once like how u can click multiple emails to delete simultaneously

  8. go back to a version that allows me to see new emails in the "new mail" folder and not in the "trash" folder. why does this happen?

    Try as I may my mail won't go back to arriving into the new mail folder. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND WHY THIS KEEPS HAPPENING!!!!! AND use terminology that a person who isn't technically efficient in computer science can understand. thanks...

  12. Go direct to emails, not via entertainment sports etc. Show way to get to contacts when I go to write, and jumping around while I type.

    Go back to original set up. Fix it. Too many ads.

  13. make news sources optional so I don't have to be subjected to the lies of right-wing media.

    Other news sources give me the option to remove any news source that isn't actual journalism. AOL is already the most antiquated email system. This isn't helping your case.

  14. go back to make it possible to always open in mail. you/it defaults opening in your ridiculous woke news feed... I'll never use aol as a ne

    default to mail not woke news *.. I only use this * app because I have Verizon internet

  16. Why cannot I delete old folders, even after emails were deleted? I don't want to see old folders anymore, which is why they were deleted.
