Your advice to see emails on phone is to switch to Unified Inbox or Use New/Old style. This makes no difference
As stated, your advice to enable access to emails on phones is to Use Unified Inbox style or Use New/Old style. My phone has the New/Old style box activated, yet I cannot access my emails on my Nokia Android phone. As others have said here, change your system back to whatever it was before, otherwise you will have customers leaving in droves. Please sort this out.

I tried to add a new password. AOL sends a text of 5 digits to my text message. However, when I use the numbers, it still says incorrect
The new password of five digits received in a text is said to be incorrect. Then I get new numbers and/or to try, but still entry is incorrect.

new mail system is terrible. all comments I agree with and experiencing. I AM NOT GETTING MY NEW MAIL AT ALL!

New system is a nightmare! I have over 300 emails in my inbox because even when I spend a half hour deleteing them they will be back again
the next day. Also my friend and I have had AOL forever but with new system the links he sends now show up in black, not blue and I can no longer click on them to go to the site. So frustrated I would move to Gmail if I could without a major disruption in my life. Makes me yearn for the "You've got mail 📬 days" Blessings to you all because I'm sure the last year's have been challenging even behind the scenes. Peace 🕊️ out.

improve your contact processes as I've had many email problems since AOL took over Verizon's email system and us impossible to get technical
emails come in as Trash and not Inbox,. b important emails saved in Folders vanished. How to retrieve? 😡😡

The default for the "Top Contact" no matter how many times I uninstall the app keeps an incorrect user name and my e-mail address as primary
I want to change the contact name [incorrect name] listed under "top contact" that has my e-mail address as primary and the [incorrect name] contact's e-mail as secondary. The app won't let me remove my e-mail address for the contact. When I erase the erroneous contact information and put in my own name, it always defaults back to the erroneous name still using my e-mail address. Please fix this.
