    I can't figure out to sign out. hate the new format. pain in the butt. if it ain't broke, don't try to fix it. you just ***** it up.

    blocked from my emails by identity theft and fraud people please all me to get my emails the app keeps repeating verification mode and doesn't allow me to see emails but however the news and all other options work perfectly

    I do not like the new look. Is hard to find stuff. Put it back the way it was. Also, deleted emails showing back up in the inbox. Put it back the way it was!

    What happen to the old format? Too much junk mail/Ads..If this doesnt end...I am Done with AOL

    I fully agree with other comments. I preferred the previous app version so much more! Please, please, please change it back or at least allow both styles as an option and let the user choose what they prefer. Thank you

    I have been using this email for over a decade but it has become a total **** storm both on my computer and phone. It is a total pain to n the *** as I have over 100 customers that use my AOL account as point of contacts WTF?!!!

    I have been with AOL for decades as have most of your users. I will have to find a new email service since you have made this one impossible to use.
