  5. Not Chromebook friendly, slow to load,and no real options as offered by mail.com I rarely use based on this experience. I expected more

  6. when you post stories with pictures it's nice having words below to complete the thinking process. Are you guys asleep at the hamster wheel?

    wake up, all I'm getting is pictures and topics at top of stories and nothing where a sentence or paragraph should be.

  7. Since the upgrade. AOL runs extremely slow. I have had AOL email since 2003 and if this continues I will have to seek another email platform

  14. actually try to compose a "Reply" email on a Samsung Android. It's almost impossible. The screen jumps around constantly so you can't type.

  20. be very careful. AOL said i had not sent nor received email in 90 days. they deleted all my emails & folders & say I can't get them back.
