    If you notice your emails are going to the Spam or to the wrong folder, it might be because of a faulty filter redirecting your emails to different folders, other than the Inbox.

    If you’ve set up filters, the settings may be routing some emails to the Spam. You can review your filter settings in AOL Mail and edit or delete any incorrect filters.

    Also, if the emails are going in your Spam folder, please mark them as ‘’Not Spam’’.

    In order to switch between accounts, please follow these steps:

    1. Tap on the AOL icon in the upper left.
    2. Tap on the account you wish to view.

    To access your Contact List and Groups go to your desktop mail by going to mail.aol.com :

    1. Tap on Contacts on the left menu.

  12. find qualified capable developers...adding to my numerous previous greviences now my location is incorrect & I cannot fix

    as ur new android app continues to deteriorate it has no functionality in geo-location ... since yesterday I've suddenly moved 3 miles away...

    I have a couple of troubleshooting steps for you that should resolve this issue:
    1. Clear the app’s cache
    2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
    3. Restart your mobile device
    4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data.

  19. Sometimes my mail will not load. It has been frustrating.

    This app needs to be more consistent in loading mail. Sometimes it works, and tonight it will not let me read any mail. It is frustrating!
