  1. What has happened o the Comments Box on the articles ? Isn' it time you got it fixed ?

    There is no point inreading the AOL News articles if we can't make comments. MY comments have beenn mssing for over a week now and I have cleared the cache and cookie boxes to no avail I think it is time I moved to a new service.

  4. In the old system I could enter an e-mail name and get all the e-mails from that person. I used this A LOT. Can I have it back please

  5. New AOL is USELESS

    I whined and moaned about the NEW AOL and for the past 3 weeks I have tried very hard to give it a decent go. However it is still like putting a jigsaw together. Just one example, and even with my notifications turned on I am not getting any alert sounds to let me know I have mail. Furthermore 80% of the time I have to Refresh my page to even know that I have mail which may have been sitting there for over an hour or longer.
    I contacted AOL Customer Service on Facebook and their response is just…

  8. Stop blocking comments on certain things and allowing them on others

    Its clear that any subject dealing with LGBT people have blocked comments, while you allow any story where blacks are doing bad things, allowing for white comments about "blacks doing all the crime"
    You blocked comments where republican white people are mass shooting. A space where those speaking against white bad behavior could comment. Hmmm

    So lets see, you allow for attacking blacks, protect homosexuals, and whte people from anyone speaking bad about how THEY behave.

    Ok..got it.. in other words, youre protecting the likely ones you hire..Asians, white homosexuals.

  9. unable to comment

    When trying to comment to an article, the website is asking us to login. when we hit the login button, the page goes back to the same article and it's asking us to login again in order to comment. Issue seems to be ongoing for months now.

  10. Fix your comment posting. It continually rejects comments like, "I agree." Pretty innocuous for a rejection.

    AOL Comments are not rejecting all comments. It's rejecting comments like, "I agree" and other innocuous comments fully compliant with your terms of service.

    I can no longer sort emails by Subject. Please bring back that feature. That was really useful since I use AOL for my email; I have for years--love it! Thank you.

  14. Review criteria for blocking SPAM

    I believe AOL should initiate a review/upgrade of its screening program to block/minimize SPAM. In less than 2 months, I have received over 40 suspicious emails, all relating to cloud storage. With only 1-2 exceptions they have originated with different senders. It is my view that they were all so clearly and obviously fraudulent that even a marginally effective screening system should have blocked them. I talked to an AOL representative, asking for an email address to which I could send copies of the suspicious messages for review by someone in Technical Support to better display the nature and extent…
