   Comments are suddenly being labeled "may violate community guidelines" regardless of content. It started 12/24/24. Many other people have complained in comments. You can still read them if you click view. Something is obviously broken at the censor source and needs to be fixed

2. Can't enter comments into News articles on AOL Web Site.

   I was working with tech support and their solution to my problem was to submit it to the customer feedback. So here we go:

   I am logged into aol and was trying to comment on an article. after entering in my comments I noticed a blue button that said "Log In", I was already logged in but I clicked the button any way. That closed the comments including my new comment and sent me to the top of the page. Several things were tried but nothing they asked me to do or anything they did when the accessed my PC fixed the problem.
   List of thing I did:
   - Refreshed the Browser
   - Tried a different Browser
   - Logged of and back on on my browser
   - Cleared the browser history and cache

   I am using a windows PC and Chrome browser, also tried MSIE.

   I am a long time AOL user at least 35 years and it disappoints me when Tech Support can't even address an issue. Sadly I do not expect a response from you. Maybe I will be surprised.

3. It is hard to find the Replies people make. This problem started 3 weeks ago.

   At the end of an article, I click on "Show comments", and then click on the bell icon to see replies people have made to comments I made. But, about 3 weeks ago, when I click one on of the replies, AOL does not get me to that reply. It opens the article and then stops. If there are only a few comments, I can skim each one until I find the reply to my comment. But, if there are a few hundred comments, it is difficult to find that reply.
   3 weeks ago, AOL would go to the old article, and move directly to that specific reply. Can you fix that?

9. Stop showing all the negative news about Trump and only showing positive for Kamala. I know for a fact that some are false.

   Be more fair and truthful with your news articles that you show. It is apparent that you favor all positive for Kamala while betraying only HALF the truths about Trump. It is insulting. I have been with AOL for a long time. I am thinking about cancelling and starting a new email service. It is sickening how biased you all are. BE FAIR.

10. I cannot post a comment Read and Share on AOL.com

    If I Tap on "Today on AOL" and select one of the many articles from various sources like CNN, Associated Press,etc...scroll down to the blue and white comments box/Comment to place a comment it gives 2 choices. Under the word CONVERSATION a box opens and says;"What do you think?" You get 2 choices > 1 is to Login in and 2 > is to Sign up to Post. When I try to use either choice it brings me back up to the top of the page. It will not allow me to Sign in or Comment. I have an AOL account and I am signed into it but it makes no difference. The account I had a while ago I deleted for personal reasons and privacy. I'd like to know How To sign back in and make Comments. Thank You, Please help.

15. Stop blocking words that you're using right in the articles themselves

    Ok, the topic is abortion. I cant type "abort babies"
    the topic is Joseph Weiner, and I cant type his name?
    the topic is pedophilia and an arrest, and I cant type the word "pedophilia" in the comments section?

    People seem to be able to post the phrase "black people" but yet "white people" cant be typed?

    You cant type, "she's hot" even if the sentence was, "If the kid is in a carseat and she says she's hot, then obviously turn on the air"

    You cant type, kill. killer, bombed, bomb, blow up, mass shoot, wipe out, or kill yourself. even if the story was about suicide ...oh yeah, you cant type suicide...
    If the story is about a killer, we cant type the word killer? if the story is about someone who is a famous up and coming artist, you cant type, "this guy is about to blow up"

    if the story is about science and I type, Lets say, I blow up a balloon" I get flagged for the term, Blow up

    yet the phrase "do all the crime" and "do most of the crime" is allowed? explain a situation where one can use that unless its blaming a race, for doing crime or someone trying to defend it.

    You cant type "preteen years." because apparently, "preteen" is only in reference to "***********..." which is ANOTHER word you cant type.

16. Comment links are non-existent

    Your new comment section is broken. Every time I click a link to "View all #### comments" or "View ## replies" - it does nothing. The target link code isn't there. This has been down for a while now and I would have thought that this kind of error would have been caught during beta testing.

20. Crusor keeps jumping out of comments box while typing comment.

    While trying to type a new comment after news articles, i keep getting booted out of the comment box while typing. When i get kicked out, the page jumps up. I have to scroll back to the box, click in the box and start typing again, only to have it happen over and over. Started last week, Cleared browser, no pop up blockers, no extensions. Very annoying to say the least !
