    My bank says your browser Desktop Gold is too old & not secure. So I called your "Tech Support" for help. What a joke. Can't speak in English. Wants to verify my acct. by sending a TEXT to my home landline that is what I'm talking on. So then He wants my driver's license number, Something you can't have to verify ID If I never gave it to you ever. So I ask for a Manager, And like usual, None are available right now.   4. GET HELP 24/7

    Let PAID AOL Members actually get LIVE HELP 24/7 since we are paying for it. I tried calling and keep getting, "The office is closed", seriously?? Then what are we paying for?? I am not a happy camper!!! I've been with AOL since 1995, maybe it's time to switch!!!

  6. An email came to me from supposedly from AOL that I canceled my email, I have not canceled my AOL email, I suspect it was spam

    I did not request cancelation of my AOL email. I suspect it was a spam message

    WE RECEIVE FROM ONE PERSON AT LEAST 100 E MAILS EACH DAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT GOES IMMEDIATELY TO SPAM BASED ON YOUR CONTROLS
    HE FIGURED HOW TO BEAT YOUR SYSTEM BY CHANGING HIS LOGON FOR THE LAST FEW CHARACTERS ACTUAL LOGON (1026621@MAIL) AFTER MAIL. HE CHANGES THE CHARACTERS TO BEAT THE SYSTEM IN THE CURRENT WEEK HE SENT OVER 500 EMAILS WE SPOKE TO YOUR TECH THE FIRST ONE TRIED TO DO A CORRECTION. THE SECOND TECH SAID IT WAS OUR PROBLEM TO CORRECT THOUSANDS OF ADVERTISING EMAIL

  11. How about one of your "help" desk people being able to get me into my AOL account! I've called two days in a row and have gotten no help!

    Bring your call center back to the U.S. for a start! Have supervisors available to speak to customers when the regular agent can do not a **** thing to help you. AOL is holding my account *******! Are you trying to go out of business????

    Try listening to your customers and stop refusing to allow them to send AOL proof that aol screwed up and deleted my account that I need to live via a S.S. case. NO one there cares and I have bad seizure disorders which I documented you are making worse by not allowing me to have access to the account all this is on. When I die, I PRAY YOU ARE HELD RESPONSIBLE!
