    My bank says your browser Desktop Gold is too old & not secure. So I called your "Tech Support" for help. What a joke. Can't speak in English. Wants to verify my acct. by sending a TEXT to my home landline that is what I'm talking on. So then He wants my driver's license number, Something you can't have to verify ID If I never gave it to you ever. So I ask for a Manager, And like usual, None are available right now. I ask how I can send feedback on my phone call with AOL about lack of "AOL HELP" ? He doesn't know how to do that. Can you answer me WHY I've been paying AOL from 2005 to 2023 for your service & help ? I've never gotten either !
