    AOL really needs to do something about the comment section. Restructure it so a group of people can't oust anyone who doesn't agree with them. There seems to be the same group of male names that post on every article, or they are bots. I have apparently been banned for life from posting and so far no representative can tell me why. Please consider coming up with a new format. Obviously there are so many people in the same boat.Do something someone!

  13. HELP!!!!!!

    Just got off phone with AOL chat to TRY to solve problem So far ~ zilch
    technician got access to my computer and now 1; I Can't bring up "sent Mail 2,cannot send E-mail 3 Cannot recieve e mail (I had someone try) Whatta mess leading up to all this and all I ended getting is that someone will call me back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111.

    How long does it take to fix this application?? Even if I try the paid help service, it's the same answer - "We don't have an ETA for a fix."

    SPAM FOLDER COLUMNS ARE WRONG AGAIN...TECHS CONTINUE TO PLEASE THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF AOL LONG-TIME SUBSCRIBERS. NEED TO PUT BACK "DELETE ALL" IN SENDER COLUMN & NOT BY SUBJECT!! AOL CAN'T KEEP OUT SPAM, YET PUT MANY OF MY LONG-TERM ADDRESSES INTO SPAM FOLDER & VICE VERSA. THEREFORE, I MUST CONSTANTLY COMB THRU SPAM MAILS FOR MY IMPORTANT BANKING & OTHER EMAIL LONG-TIME ADDRESSER MAIL SENT TO ME. NOW YOUVE MADE IT MORE TEDIOUS BY CHANGING DELETE ALL IN THE SUBJECT COLUMN, & NOT IN ADDRESS COLUMN!! YOU ARE NOT LETTING USERS HAVE THE THINGS THAT WORKED BUT FORCING THE USE…

  20. app password

    This issue is really not acceptable; I wonder what email services/accounts the owners and support team from AOL use?? I'm thinking that if AOL leadership were to encounter this issue there would be layoffs. I've been reading the history on the internet after encountering this myself and this really does not bode well for AOL. While I try every day to generate and app password "unsuccessfully" I'm not researching options. signed a very long time loyal customer :(
