Clearer communication on cancellation procedure
I just spent almost 30 minutes trying to get my deceased spouse's account cancelled. Albert gave me the cancellation confirmation number for both his account plan and system mechanic, then told me that I would be receiving a letter in the post in the next couple of weeks with instructions. Stop sending free fake benefits e-mails, now i have to dipute the transaction with my bank. You said free benefits and I clicked it only to charged $10.71 for getting nothing in return... I only pay =$5.59 for AOL and nothing more. Free means free not charge for everthing.

Get McAfee off my back. They continue to warn me that coverage will expire; Of course, they don't respond to me compliants no respond
Have a human once in a while respond to a complaint --- AND inform whomever keeps emailing me that McAfee will/has expired Aren't they aware that its coverage comes with AOL>
