  4. hire qualified people to "help".

    They tell me my answers to my security questions do not match. It's the same answers I have used for DECADES. They say mybenefit selections do not match (I'm looking right at the at the TWO choices I made as we speak). Every time I contact on chat it is some excuse not to help. Always endsw in "you need to call 1-800-827-6364 for help. If I had access to a phone why would I use chat? What am I actually paying for? The "forgot password" doesn't even link to a reset feature anymore. Just says we can't help you…

  10. Unmonitored forums are useless like this one

    Start monitoring forums too. Especially since 'help site isn't as helpful as it could be. Live support shouldn't be a hassle for paying customers - we shouldn't be expected to pay other fees for help on any issues related to AOL!

  15. Have your reps enter all conversations Billed twice after cancelling

    Someone tried to sell me services for 20+ a month kept speaking asked if cheaper and got it for 3.99. I then cancelled no record of phone call in system and had to cancel again in Nov. Incompetent!

  17. I should be able to delete sub accounts from master like in the past. Sub accounts for Ex I have not been with in 10 years and dead for two.

    How can I get rid of these sub accounts licked to my main account, I do not remember the passwords so I cannot sign on to them to delete. Two of them are for an ex I have not been with in 10 years and she died two years ago!
