I will stop using AOL altogether, your spam management does not work!!!
I tried your suggestion to only accept emails from contacts in my contact list. When I did that, I stopped receiving ALL AOL messages, although the sender's address was in my contact list. And canceling the subscription was enormously difficult. I will stop using AOL altogether it's not worth the hassle. When I started subscribing to ID Protection, the number of daily spam messages increased from 50 to 80. You obviously added my email address to a website that can be accessed by spammers OR you sold it, which is even worse. Bad program, bad support- you could have done…

Hire agents who speak English!! I called 6-7 times to ask a question about the Booking .com program and no one understood what I was saying
I also think you need to reinstall Skip all in Spell Check and allow it to start where you point the mouse!

Annual Subscription Date - Earlier Each Year - Please Explain Why AOL Charges Me Early?
My annual membership renewal date was always in August. In recent years the charge has been hitting my card month's early. I was notified in June the attempt was being made, and I declined the charge, but it posted to the card anyway. Who can I speak to get this resolved?

No idea to offer - I just want to say how much I love the "new" email format. You brought back the " mark as unread" mail option and made it so much easier to go back to find old mail & photos - I love it! Thank you!

I do not like the new aol plan. My mail has been going into the spam folder. And some mail has been deleted before it should have been.
The new aol plan is not working. The appearance itself is awkward. Mail has not been coming in and I've had to search the trash or junk folder for mail which should not be there. I want to return to the previous plan

better communication between AOL and your supplier, IOLO why am I being told to call IOLO
I pay AOL, not IOLO so if those 2 companies can't solve a problem, why am I the one left to pursue a solution. Somewhere in the AOL hierarchy there is a person or department interested in resolving an AOL customer's problem.

How do we contact someone directly related to AOL that can actually help?
If you look up the screen name I am using I have had this since the creation of AOL. However one day you up and shut down and killed an entire family of people. You shattered friendships and silenced voices. Your buddy list and the friends I met there saved my life. You should take into consideration those folks who depended on you and give them some sort of assist in getting some of those relationships back. I would have never made it to adulthood without the friends I made on there.

Fix McAfee Renewal Problem Once and For All
I am tired of getting renewal notices for McAfee. It stops working when it says my subscription has expired. I go to McAfee/AOL tech for help and they "fix" the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling McAfee. Guess what it happens again and again. It is like groundhog day. FIX IT! Don't tell me to go the McAfee help. This just kicks the can down the road and takes up my time.

I need you to get in touch with me to let me know how to get in touch with you to cancel a subscription while outside the US. You make this extremely difficult. I do not wish to provide my information on a public forum. I wasnt even aware i had this monthly subscription until i reviewed my credit card statement. This is very questionnable business practice.
