you need to accept a prepaid card for fee some do not own a credit card
you need to accept prepaid cards, people are getting rid of the credit card do to high interest rate and would rather pay with a prepaid card so it is also safe and you do steal peoples credits cards.

Upper Management, AOLThere is certainly no loss of examples of purposeful/unplanned/unknown irrational decisions in business and AOL is not exempt.
It is certainly beyond me that there is not a simple, easily accessible path to find the available plans, singular and bundled, on you web site.
Even your employees appear to be totally unaware of such a process.
To also require the customer to be on a plan before being able to communicate or chat with someone to potentially find that information also does not make sense.I recently had an issue with my AOL mail.…

McAfee subscription is not being renewed
I've had McAfee through AOL since 1999, and all of a sudden I get a message that in order to use McAfee, I need to pay for a subscription. I am already paying for a subscription. McAfee says they can't find my account. AOL says my account is active. I am paying for something I can't use. I tried to cancel, there is no cancel button. I tried uninstalling. I still get pop ups saying my computer has issues but can't run a scan without paying. I've tried to fix this for one year.

Clearer communication on cancellation procedure
I just spent almost 30 minutes trying to get my deceased spouse's account cancelled. Albert gave me the cancellation confirmation number for both his account plan and system mechanic, then told me that I would be receiving a letter in the post in the next couple of weeks with instructions.
