  1. Put good services back.

    I am seriously considering canceling my subscription. I pay yet the service online has nothing special. Your price keeps going up yet I see no improvements to AOL. I dont want or need any of the stuff you have to offer as you say they are benefit to my subscription but nothing applies to me. In the past you had many things that were special for example the buddy list way in the past I could see if the aol member had picked up their mail... now I see the chat rooms are also discontinued. What special is left?

    It is stupid to have a monthly bill and I cant comment for over 3 months now. The election is over, and your guy won....... now quit trying to silence the voices on the Right.

  5. You ignore you long-standing and paying customers. I've been paying for AOL for over 20 years and you are ignoring me.

    You need to fire 100% of all leadership at your organization and get folks that actually know how to run a company in charge. Otherwise, you folks are gonna go away.

  8. Perhaps Aol can leverage a concierge service for it's members?

    A 24/7 concierge service to arrange travel, dining, retail purchases, livery services, deliveries, emergency alerts etc...would be a fantastic service to provide for your customers...

  11. Don't change plans in the middle of the plan

    When I first was talked into paying $5 a month - it was for tech support - one time an AOL tech tried to speed up my computer but really was not successful - but I kept paying - just lately AOL had to set up email accounts in a replacement computer because AOL changed it's security - so I just called AOL to help speed up old computer and was told that is not covered - if you notice on my dash board - I have not used any of the other features - I thought I signed up…

  15. You can improve by allowing free speech from conservatives. Also you can monitor the posts from liberals the same as you do conservatives.

    Stop the disgraceful bold bias against conservatives and Trump supporters. America is based on Freedom of speech and it is not done at AOL. You are biased to a point of communist acts of aggression.
