  1. Go back to a better version of AOL

    I am a charter member of AOL and have observed that the quality of AOL has drastically worsened over the years. Just the latest policy is the inability to view posted comments. Who are the people in charge of AOL? Please replace them.

  3. Unmonitored forums are useless like this one

    Start monitoring forums too. Especially since 'help site isn't as helpful as it could be. Live support shouldn't be a hassle for paying customers - we shouldn't be expected to pay other fees for help on any issues related to AOL!

  9. Have your reps enter all conversations Billed twice after cancelling

    Someone tried to sell me services for 20+ a month kept speaking asked if cheaper and got it for 3.99. I then cancelled no record of phone call in system and had to cancel again in Nov. Incompetent!

  11. ads in email and on website. If I am a paying member, provide us an option to stop seeing ads.

    I am on the verge of completely moving away from AOL when I see adds in my inbox every day....particularly as a paying user. Some benefits are ok, but not worth me seeing Ads...if this continues, I will canx.

  12. I should be able to delete sub accounts from master like in the past. Sub accounts for Ex I have not been with in 10 years and dead for two.

    How can I get rid of these sub accounts licked to my main account, I do not remember the passwords so I cannot sign on to them to delete. Two of them are for an ex I have not been with in 10 years and she died two years ago!

  14. You can improve by giving subscribers the freedom to Block Email without specifying. The older version allowed such intervention.

  16. Explain how a posted comment is violating your terms of agreement.

    I have never violated your terms of agreement regarding civility in posting a comment and yet, for the past three months, anything that I post is automatically rejected. To test this theory that my account has somehow been flagged, I posted "test test test" that was automatically rejected as a violation. Please explain:
    1. why and how a person's account gets flagged
    2. what does it take to get the account unflagged.

    When I get an email to my AOL inbox I would like it to say “you’ve got Mail”. Literally the only reason I decided to get an AOL was because of nostalgia and I really need that on my phone because I hate my iPhones

  19. You should offer other brands and have options besides just Mcafee.

    Like AVG and other brands. Last time I tried Mcafee my pc didn't work well and wasn't easy to uninstall.
