  1. The Extended Computer Protection "benefit" is somewhat a sham. After spending 26 minutes on the phone with the rep., he said that he could

    RE: Member benefits: Extended Computer Protection Plan: After spending 26 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold), the rep told me that for some reason he could not get the request to go through; and that he could not get through to AOL.

    What a waste of my time . . . Grrr!

  2. Get rid of LifeLock. I am notified by credit cards and Identity Guard 3-4 days before LifeLock! AND LifeLock bills me varying amounts.

    Get rid of LifeLock!!! Supposed to be free, but they bill me. They told me that they couldn't cancel it and that AOL had to do that. I finally had to block them on my credit card and then they cancelled my account. It's all about money, isn't it?

  3. review the reviewers! postings that are left wing critical are deleted and postings refused

    review the reviewers and posting causing refusal to participate. Some were dismissed immediately, even thougn they DID NOT violate community standards! A case should be opened to identify what comments were inappropriate when left wing comments presented are objectionable yet allowed!

  4. AOL mail has not been working since 6/28 when accessed using outlook or iPhone mail app - please fix this.

    AOL has not been working with outlook or iphone mail app for over 2 weeks. It isn't working for many users. AOL - please fix this issue!

  6. Have been a member of AOL for the past 10 years, yet I went into the hospital last September for a month,.

    Have been a member of AOL, since 2011, went into the hospital last September, when I came out and tried to use my account (northwest60@aol.com), it wasn't there anymore. Can't bring up my e-mails, so had to start a new account(timothy mccleary@aol.com, but even that account won't let me have e-mails.

  9. Make account cancellation easier to navigate. I spend over an hour trying to cancel System Mechanic. Your services are closed!

    I wanted to cancel my System Mechanic trial. It took an hour to find a way to accomplish this. Make cancellation less complicated and navigation more obvious.

  10. Offensive ADDS..

    Your adds are offensive to me as a Paying customer therefore I am charging a fee of $.50 per offensive add you gorge the subscription I have had over 25 years . I will bill you each month and expect a reduction of cost noted in full every month.

  14. Customer service scammers

    I had a problem reinstalling AOL gold in my laptop. I called and someone wanted to have some one AOL out source the service to India.Like Americans are not fit to do this job.Verizon could take Americans money but yet the jobs are sent abroad.
    I had an experience last year when I called customer service and someone in India wanted to charge me for directing me on how I should download AOL gold, after gaining entry into my system, and I had no intention of paying $120 , they locked up my system.
    Today 7/23/21 The same thing happen…

  15. What is keeping me from accessing two of my three email accounts? They are there for a reason

    There are three members of my family and each had an account, but as of a couple weeks ago, all but my original account disappeared.

  16. Put good services back.

    I am seriously considering canceling my subscription. I pay yet the service online has nothing special. Your price keeps going up yet I see no improvements to AOL. I dont want or need any of the stuff you have to offer as you say they are benefit to my subscription but nothing applies to me. In the past you had many things that were special for example the buddy list way in the past I could see if the aol member had picked up their mail... now I see the chat rooms are also discontinued. What special is left?

  17. You ignore you long-standing and paying customers. I've been paying for AOL for over 20 years and you are ignoring me.

    You need to fire 100% of all leadership at your organization and get folks that actually know how to run a company in charge. Otherwise, you folks are gonna go away.

  18. asurion insurance company doesn't stand by policy.

    According to my contract with AOL and your company this is something that is covered read your policies. This was previously submitted and accepted and as I stated previously I was in the hospital for several months with covid-19 and was unable to get to you in addition I never received the box for shipping but you did take my $25 for service days
    All documentation was supplied and my claim was excepted now you are saying it's not but, If you review your policy you will see it does and was. This information also has been submitted to AOL…

  19. you can only sign on one cs account at a time yet you ask for a code sent to another account for verification

    this is stupid. find another way to verify identity. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET THE CODE WITHOUT SIGNING OFF OF THE PLACE TO PUT THE CODE.

  20. If Lifelock is one of my "benefits", then why I have I never, ever, received any kind of notification from them.

    When there is suspected fraud on my credit card, I would like to be notified by Lifelock. In the many years I have had Lifelock as an AOL Benefit, I have never once been notified even though I have had several cases of suspected fraud. How can I be sure it is active?
