  2. better communication between AOL and your supplier, IOLO why am I being told to call IOLO

    I pay AOL, not IOLO so if those 2 companies can't solve a problem, why am I the one left to pursue a solution. Somewhere in the AOL hierarchy there is a person or department interested in resolving an AOL customer's problem.

  4. Not improvement for your co but my wallet

    how do I go about removing two recently added services that were added to my account and I do not wish to utilize? FSCentral for $2.95 and FSSystemMech. for $4.99 ea per month. - Not until March 2022 billing did I notice the two charges, I'd been in and out of medical care - and will not desire to use any additional services.   6. Make your "wallet" web app work properly. I'm trying to replace my payment method. It won't let me delete old payment method..

    "Wallet" lets me add a payment method, but it shows no "Delete" option so I can remove the old payment method. Also, there's an expired credit card that does show a "Delete" option, but it doesn't work. I get a message - "We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later."
    You've had that same technical difficulty for years now. Please fix it.

    aol is 32 bit, my PC is 64 bit so AOL acts like dial up yet you charge for Gold? what is gold? nothing is better! Gmail is free and is five times better!

    WHY is it that ALWAYS when I get message about available benefits, Example: say's I'm using 52% of my benefits, THEN ALWAYS WHEN I OPEN ONE TO ADD, comes up BENIFITS FULL or something like that, reading other comments I understand and agree with most, I have been a AOL customer for over 20 years, sadly----------

  18. I am trying to get rid of an Old Credit card in my wallet. But their is no way to get rid of the old out dated card..

    I went to my account and tried to remove an old outdated card. If you want to get paid. I suggest you fix or repair your system.
