  5. Hire agents who speak English!! I called 6-7 times to ask a question about the Booking .com program and no one understood what I was saying

    I also think you need to reinstall Skip all in Spell Check and allow it to start where you point the mouse!

  6. your last and current update/change in menu, etc is NOT working for ME

    I do not like the dropdown menu givng words that I may be trying to type.why was that added, what purpose does it have, i try to just type and get words that I did not want or enter...can you take it off my account?????

  7. I am trying to cancel a subscription i wasnt aware i had. how do i get hold of you while outside the US?

    I need you to get in touch with me to let me know how to get in touch with you to cancel a subscription while outside the US. You make this extremely difficult. I do not wish to provide my information on a public forum. I wasnt even aware i had this monthly subscription until i reviewed my credit card statement. This is very questionnable business practice.

  9. I do not like the new aol plan. My mail has been going into the spam folder. And some mail has been deleted before it should have been.

    The new aol plan is not working. The appearance itself is awkward. Mail has not been coming in and I've had to search the trash or junk folder for mail which should not be there. I want to return to the previous plan

  11. Get McAfee off my back. They continue to warn me that coverage will expire; Of course, they don't respond to me compliants no respond

    Have a human once in a while respond to a complaint --- AND inform whomever keeps emailing me that McAfee will/has expired Aren't they aware that its coverage comes with AOL>

  13. How do we contact someone directly related to AOL that can actually help?

    If you look up the screen name I am using I have had this since the creation of AOL. However one day you up and shut down and killed an entire family of people. You shattered friendships and silenced voices. Your buddy list and the friends I met there saved my life. You should take into consideration those folks who depended on you and give them some sort of assist in getting some of those relationships back. I would have never made it to adulthood without the friends I made on there.

    I am sick and tired of all of the AOL garbage, extra things I don't want to buy, forcing me to change a password when I either do not want to or am not in a good place to do so. I used to like AOL, BUT IT HAS BECOME NOTHING BUT A SCAM MARKETER. I THINK I AM GOING TO DROP MY PAID-FOR SERVICES AND JUST GO WITH FREE AOL.   18. Maybe don't make Mac users download and commit to the so-called AOLProtections, when "TechFortress" and "DataMask" are not available for Mac

    TechFortress ad DataMask are not available for Mac users, but this IMPORTANT bit of info doesn't come up until after the process is started and curiously after MacAfee is loaded and yet these two seem like they would lend the most benefit. However, after reading some of the App reviews, maybe not. Either way, seems like faulse advertising to me. Shame on you AOL.

  20. Fix McAfee Renewal Problem Once and For All

    I am tired of getting renewal notices for McAfee. It stops working when it says my subscription has expired. I go to McAfee/AOL tech for help and they "fix" the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling McAfee. Guess what it happens again and again. It is like groundhog day. FIX IT! Don't tell me to go the McAfee help. This just kicks the can down the road and takes up my time.
