my husband passed away 5 yrs ago, his account was supposed to be closed, yet when I gave info on a new bank card, it seems there was a problem with them charging it, they sent requests to my late husbands name. you need to accept a prepaid card for fee some do not own a credit card
you need to accept prepaid cards, people are getting rid of the credit card do to high interest rate and would rather pay with a prepaid card so it is also safe and you do steal peoples credits cards.

I have been user of AOL for over 15 years - the main thing is for email. This is quickly becoming the most difficult aspect of the plan.

What benefits for paid subscription when you can't even get decent email (like the free programs). You need to re-evaluate your business objectives

This is a complaint, I can't find any other way to contact AOL
I had to reset my laptop and had to reinstall a lot of programs, including Outlook (for e-mail). I called tech support (which i pay for) and they set up a new password for one of my e-mail accounts. They said AOL was no longer helping set up Outlook for additional e-mail addresses.
