I have been user of AOL for over 15 years - the main thing is for email. This is quickly becoming the most difficult aspect of the plan.
I have been user of AOL for over 15 years - the main thing is for email. This is quickly becoming the most difficult aspect of the plan when it was the reason I used this program in the first place. What benefits for paid subscription when you can't even get decent email (like the free programs). You need to re-evaluate your business objectives

This is a complaint, I can't find any other way to contact AOL
I had to reset my laptop and had to reinstall a lot of programs, including Outlook (for e-mail). I called tech support (which i pay for) and they set up a new password for one of my e-mail accounts. They said AOL was no longer helping set up Outlook for additional e-mail addresses.
I am NOT HAPPY
