  3. Do your job. You did nothing to fix my computer and charged me.

    Train your technicians on the phone or chat how to solve the problems we have. Period was NO HELP AT ALL. Please cancel this membership and refund immediately. BOTH CHARGES

  5. Annual Subscription Date - Earlier Each Year - Please Explain Why AOL Charges Me Early?

    My annual membership renewal date was always in August. In recent years the charge has been hitting my card month's early. I was notified in June the attempt was being made, and I declined the charge, but it posted to the card anyway. Who can I speak to get this resolved?

    All these offers you email to account holders for SPAM protection etc...
    Offers not valid outside of US...not even at AOL Canada pretty stupid

  13. Hire agents who speak English!! I called 6-7 times to ask a question about the Booking .com program and no one understood what I was saying

    I also think you need to reinstall Skip all in Spell Check and allow it to start where you point the mouse!

  14. your last and current update/change in menu, etc is NOT working for ME

    I do not like the dropdown menu givng words that I may be trying to type.why was that added, what purpose does it have, i try to just type and get words that I did not want or enter...can you take it off my account?????

  15. I am trying to cancel a subscription i wasnt aware i had. how do i get hold of you while outside the US?

    I need you to get in touch with me to let me know how to get in touch with you to cancel a subscription while outside the US. You make this extremely difficult. I do not wish to provide my information on a public forum. I wasnt even aware i had this monthly subscription until i reviewed my credit card statement. This is very questionnable business practice.

  17. I do not like the new aol plan. My mail has been going into the spam folder. And some mail has been deleted before it should have been.

    The new aol plan is not working. The appearance itself is awkward. Mail has not been coming in and I've had to search the trash or junk folder for mail which should not be there. I want to return to the previous plan

  19. Get McAfee off my back. They continue to warn me that coverage will expire; Of course, they don't respond to me compliants no respond

    Have a human once in a while respond to a complaint --- AND inform whomever keeps emailing me that McAfee will/has expired Aren't they aware that its coverage comes with AOL>
