  2. I have been user of AOL for over 15 years - the main thing is for email. This is quickly becoming the most difficult aspect of the plan.

This is quickly becoming the most difficult aspect of the plan when it was the reason I used this program in the first place. What benefits for paid subscription when you can't even get decent email (like the free programs). You need to re-evaluate your business objectives

  3. This is a complaint, I can't find any other way to contact AOL

    I had to reset my laptop and had to reinstall a lot of programs, including Outlook (for e-mail). I called tech support (which i pay for) and they set up a new password for one of my e-mail accounts. They said AOL was no longer helping set up Outlook for additional e-mail addresses.

    I am being charged for Advantage Essentials. I never signed up for it and do not want it. I want to keep my Compuserve with the completely Free McAfee.
