Make your "wallet" web app work properly. I'm trying to replace my payment method. It won't let me delete old payment method..
"Wallet" lets me add a payment method, but it shows no "Delete" option so I can remove the old payment method. Also, there's an expired credit card that does show a "Delete" option, but it doesn't work. I get a message - "We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later."

Update AOL Gold
On March 25th 2022, technician "Prince" was able to access my old mails on AOL.Mail, therefore I suggest that Desktop Gold capacity should be increased, as I was unable to access my old mails, due to full capacity of the mail box on Desktop Gold, which is inconvenient and not fair, as I am paying a monthly subscription of $4.99 and have been a loyal customer of AOL since Fall of 1997.

I pay AOL, not IOLO so if those 2 companies can't solve a problem, why am I the one left to pursue a solution. Somewhere in the AOL hierarchy there is a person or department interested in resolving an AOL customer's problem.

how do I go about removing two recently added services that were added to my account and I do not wish to utilize? FSCentral for $2.95 and FSSystemMech. for $4.99 ea per month. - Not until March 2022 billing did I notice the two charges, I'd been in and out of medical care - and will not desire to use any additional services. aol is 32 bit, my PC is 64 bit so AOL acts like dial up yet you charge for Gold? what is gold? nothing is better! Gmail is free and is five times better!

hire qualified people to "help".
They tell me my answers to my security questions do not match. It's the same answers I have used for DECADES. They say mybenefit selections do not match (I'm looking right at the at the TWO choices I made as we speak). Every time I contact on chat it is some excuse not to help. Always endsw in "you need to call 1-800-827-6364 for help. If I had access to a phone why would I use chat? What am I actually paying for? The "forgot password" doesn't even link to a reset feature anymore. Just says we can't help you…
