Have a human once in a while respond to a complaint --- AND inform whomever keeps emailing me that McAfee will/has expired Aren't they aware that its coverage comes with AOL>

How do we contact someone directly related to AOL that can actually help?
If you look up the screen name I am using I have had this since the creation of AOL. However one day you up and shut down and killed an entire family of people. You shattered friendships and silenced voices. Your buddy list and the friends I met there saved my life. You should take into consideration those folks who depended on you and give them some sort of assist in getting some of those relationships back. I would have never made it to adulthood without the friends I made on there.

I am sick and tired of all of the AOL garbage, extra things I don't want to buy, forcing me to change a password when I either do not want to or am not in a good place to do so. Maybe don't make Mac users download and commit to the so-called AOLProtections, when "TechFortress" and "DataMask" are not available for Mac
TechFortress ad DataMask are not available for Mac users, but this IMPORTANT bit of info doesn't come up until after the process is started and curiously after MacAfee is loaded and yet these two seem like they would lend the most benefit. However, after reading some of the App reviews, maybe not. Either way, seems like faulse advertising to me. Shame on you AOL.

Fix McAfee Renewal Problem Once and For All
I am tired of getting renewal notices for McAfee. It stops working when it says my subscription has expired. I go to McAfee/AOL tech for help and they "fix" the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling McAfee. Guess what it happens again and again. It is like groundhog day. FIX IT! Don't tell me to go the McAfee help. This just kicks the can down the road and takes up my time.

Make your "wallet" web app work properly. I'm trying to replace my payment method. It won't let me delete old payment method..
"Wallet" lets me add a payment method, but it shows no "Delete" option so I can remove the old payment method. Also, there's an expired credit card that does show a "Delete" option, but it doesn't work. I get a message - "We are so sorry! We are having technical issues. Please try again later."

Update AOL Gold
On March 25th 2022, technician "Prince" was able to access my old mails on AOL.Mail, therefore I suggest that Desktop Gold capacity should be increased, as I was unable to access my old mails, due to full capacity of the mail box on Desktop Gold, which is inconvenient and not fair, as I am paying a monthly subscription of $4.99 and have been a loyal customer of AOL since Fall of 1997.
