  2. Poor communication

    WHY is it that ALWAYS when I get message about available benefits, Example: say's I'm using 52% of my benefits, THEN ALWAYS WHEN I OPEN ONE TO ADD, comes up BENIFITS FULL or something like that, reading other comments I understand and agree with most, I have been a AOL customer for over 20 years, sadly----------

  3. monthly statement "print" no longer works

    View your AOL billing statement online:
    1. Go to MyAccount and sign in.
    2. In the left navigation menu, click My Wallet | select View My Bill. - The Billing Statement page will appear.
    3. From the dropdown menu, select the time period you want to view.

    THIS NO LONGER WORKS.
    A RECENT SLOPPY CHANGE HAS STOPPED THIS FROM FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AS IT HAD FOR YEARS.
    THE PRINT FUNCTION ONLY PRINTS PAGE 1 OF THE STATEMENT.
    I HAVE TRIED THIS ON A DESKTOP, A LAPTOP, AN I-PAD AND AN I-PHONE - ALL WITH THE SAME RESULT.
    I HAVE BEEN PRINTING/SAVING…

  5. Have your reps enter all conversations Billed twice after cancelling

    Someone tried to sell me services for 20+ a month kept speaking asked if cheaper and got it for 3.99. I then cancelled no record of phone call in system and had to cancel again in Nov. Incompetent!

    When I get an email to my AOL inbox I would like it to say “you’ve got Mail”. Literally the only reason I decided to get an AOL was because of nostalgia and I really need that on my phone because I hate my iPhones

  11. You should offer other brands and have options besides just Mcafee.

    Like AVG and other brands. Last time I tried Mcafee my pc didn't work well and wasn't easy to uninstall.

  13. Misdirecting customers intent.

    When I read an AOL story and click the link to turn the page you, at AOL, have programmed that link to jump. So you automatically go to an advertisement. I just wondered if AOL's ad revenues are so deplorable that you have to resort to this, without any concern to the frustration you cause to customers who have stayed with you for over 25 years.

  14. Explain how a posted comment is violating your terms of agreement.

    I have never violated your terms of agreement regarding civility in posting a comment and yet, for the past three months, anything that I post is automatically rejected. To test this theory that my account has somehow been flagged, I posted "test test test" that was automatically rejected as a violation. Please explain:
    1. why and how a person's account gets flagged
    2. what does it take to get the account unflagged.

  16. The Extended Computer Protection "benefit" is somewhat a sham. After spending 26 minutes on the phone with the rep., he said that he could

    RE: Member benefits: Extended Computer Protection Plan: After spending 26 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold), the rep told me that for some reason he could not get the request to go through; and that he could not get through to AOL.

    What a waste of my time . . . Grrr!

    review the reviewers and posting causing refusal to participate. Some were dismissed immediately, even thougn they DID NOT violate community standards! A case should be opened to identify what comments were inappropriate when left wing comments presented are objectionable yet allowed!

  19. Customer service scammers

    I had a problem reinstalling AOL gold in my laptop. I called and someone wanted to have some one AOL out source the service to India.Like Americans are not fit to do this job.Verizon could take Americans money but yet the jobs are sent abroad.
    I had an experience last year when I called customer service and someone in India wanted to charge me for directing me on how I should download AOL gold, after gaining entry into my system, and I had no intention of paying $120 , they locked up my system.
    Today 7/23/21 The same thing happen…

  20. What is keeping me from accessing two of my three email accounts? They are there for a reason

    There are three members of my family and each had an account, but as of a couple weeks ago, all but my original account disappeared.
