Keep Dan Edmunds busy creating cool content
Just wanted to let you know how much I (and my colleagues) love Dan Edmunds chassis deep-dive articles that have started recently. It's a very fresh perspective on new car analysis that , surprisingly, has been missing forever(?). As a fellow career chassis engineer, I appreciate his knowledge and commentary. Always fun to see a structure that 'makes you go hmmmmm'. Keep up the great work Dan! ...and AB. Thanks.

To eliminate carbon buildup on valves. Use Seafoam cleaner before each oil change and fuel up. I have used this product and it's amazing!
Ethanol is nothing like regular gasoline. It doesn't burn the same. It leaves carbon deposits on vital components of your engine. I have used Seafoam solvent each oil change and fuel up and my vehicle runs amazing!

Let "TRUTH" be told
I just read your blog on how to ripoff a rider.
I am a uber driver and you obviously don't know about our jobs. You cannot ripoff a rider my taking him on a longer route. When you pick up the rider the route is already set. Doesn't matter where you go as a driver, the rider has already been charged from "A" to "B". The rider is already charged for the milage as soon as puts in where he's going. You need to research your facts before putting it out there.
I am offended at your story. You can…58th ranked -
Wouldn’t this be an amazing time for Ford to unveil the Bronco?
Ford has postponed the unveiling of its Bronco due to corona virus. I think it should do the opposite and (understanding workforce limitations) release every morsel of information they have. And let us devour it as much needed relief from the daily “news” cycle. Auto blog should lead this charge.

Thanks for the story on the Pinto wagon. In 84-85 I dated someone who had a 4-speed, standard, one of those. The cargo area was very useful for.... And, loved your comment about your family having a full-size passenger van. Our family used a '72 Chevy Suburban bought new, off the lot. Keep up the good work!!! Thank you for taking be back to a long-gone era.

Improve articles’ accuracy
Almost every Autoblog article seems to have inaccuracies these days. For example, I’ve seen numerous articles about transverse-layout FWD-based cars using ZF’s 8HP transmission.
The 8HP is only compatible with longitudinal engines. Aisin-Warner (Toyota subsidiary) makes the 8-speed transmissions used in almost every FWD-based car with an 8 speed transmission that isn’t a Ford or GM product. That includes every single BMW product that’s based on the UKL or FAAR platform (all MINIs, 2-series Active Tourer, new 1-series (not available in US), X1/X2, and 2-series Gran Coupe). VW also uses the same transmission in the US-spec Arteon, Atlas, Tiguan, Jetta.…

Like-Model Comparison When Ranking Vehicles, i.e. Full-Size with Full-Size
I recently read an article by Jeremy Korzeniewski regarding pickup trucks likely to pass the 200,000 mile mark. As is the case these days, media covers only what is current, in this sense, meaning newer vehicles within a five-year span. Additionally, he included full-size trucks with mid-size trucks. This is like comparing apples with oranges. The two types of models have varying load capabilities regardless of manufacturer. The research should reflect a span of vehicles beyond the "five-year" span. Maintenance of any vehicle is the true basis of how long it will last. Personally, I ordered an F-150 Heritage in…

Jon Ramsey's information about the F-150 is dead wrong. The 209' truck hasn't existed in over a decade and come in all trims, not just the Lariat.
