How can we improve AOL Mail?

'Well today this ars***** Renter has beseiged me with spam mails in my spam filter box surely you should have blocked him permanently' has been merged into this idea

upgrade your security playform , this is a breach

My email has hundreds of spam a day. i have lost very important emails and this is clearly fraud. Find the source of this , ive had ransom email as well. It appears to be somehow tied verizon , aol , yahoo, fake contractors. Microsoft etc. fix this now. Im also writing the Fbi with this security issues aol is ignoring.

If you’ve started to receive an endless flow of junk email, you may be the victim of spam bombing. This is a tactic used by bad actors and hackers to distract you from seeing emails that really are important to you. This can also be an indication that another login account has been compromised.

    Spam emails are out of control. No matter how many I mark as spam, I get the same spam emails the next day. It’s as if the spam filter is doing absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable.

    I have had an AOL account for many years spam emails is getting worse. I have used all that i am allowed to block spam. Yet spam is increasing on a daily basis ! If I try to unsubscribe the spam that to fails as the unsubscribe doesn't work as they have found a way around it. A better spam blocker would be a great help as nearly all is just advertising.

    Facebook friend suggestion spam

    Good news - by being ultra careful, my in box rarely gets spam. Some, yes. I mark it as spam and that works.

    Bad news - this really annoys me. "Facebook friend suggestion" spam.

    I get one of these every few hours. It goes to spam. BUT please AOL, how do I stop getting these altogether. I do not want to see any "Facebook friend suggestion" ever again even in my spam..

    Facebook is a curse on the world, I deleted my account a year ago.

    Please stop this spam in my spam folder! Forever!

    Whats going on with AOL ?? Spam constantly going in my inbox recently. STOP ALLOWING THE SPAM OR I’M GONE !! Don’t you think there is enough spying on peoples accounts ??

    All mail from Adobe is still being sent to spam even though I CONSTANTLY say it's NOT SPAM!! now I'm having the same issue with mail from Starbucks EVERY SINGLE TIME I reload my card. I tell your **** servers that it's NOT SPAM only to have it go straight back to spam the very next time I reload my card. Fix your damned spam filters!!!!

    I've tried this before and gotten nowhere but here goes. Is there a way to turn off the Spam folder. It is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS! I am constantly having to go to the spam folder to find important messages. All the while still receiving every kind of perversion, phishing schemes, you name it. I do emergency management and disaster recovery and I don't have time for this. I should at least have the right to turn this piece of garbage off. I'm seriously thinking I need another provider. Once again you wouldn't accept my message saying I'm not signed in when I entered this page directly from my account. I had to sign out then in again and re-do my message. Do you people sit there and ponder ways of ******* off your subscribers?

    You seriously need to listen to your customers because of this infernal unwanted disgusting spam millions of customers are leaving including me shortly I've had enough of these unwanted offensive sex sites im not a prude by any means but I don't want to look at this **** on a daily basis every day . I didn't join aol for this. Sort it or I leave

    You can quit sending important emails to spam when they are clearly not blocked or spam emails. The email addressess are in my Contacts!!! Fix it!!!!

    I'm sick to death of receiving adult spam from a site which I've never used it allways ends @gmail.com I've tried blocking it but to no avail I can't even contact aol 1-2-1by phone not live chat this is disgraceful you don't even have the common courtesy to reply to my e mails I shall be taking legal advice shortly as you don't seem to care about you'd customers . BLocking spam mails like this should actually mean BLOCK

    Well said this spam increase is beyond a joke people are leaving I'll be joining soon I simply haven't got time to spend deleting their garbage
