Provide button to convert any email into the raw email with source code, so if user gets fraudulent phishing mail, the raw email can be forwarded to the requesting company. Converting to raw email is possible but there needs to be a one button way to do it

I'm getting 50+ spam per day. Its ridiculous that AOL haven't got any actual block features for spam. Unless of course they get subsidised. I've been with AOL 30 years. It has got beyond a joke.

During the few days we had no access to our emails using the app, I used AOL web mail and received very little spam. Prior to that, using the app, I received tons of it.
After the update to fix email access, I went back to using the app and once again, I received a lot of spam.
I'm back to using AOL web mail and getting very little spam.
Something is wrong with the app. -

When clients continue to advise of systems errors it's more beneficial to accept the shortcomings and attempt a resolution to solve the software's legitimate fault issues. If your aware of customers who may welcome this type of invitations allow a special button for them, but the majority should not be bombarded by unsolicited business when we did not initiate this type of service

There are way too many spam mail in which I can understand that, but these companies are getting very smart in sending spam mail without sender's name or sender's address. This is very dangerous as these emails can be for phishing to steal identity, scammers and other bad motives.

The spam bombers are just flooding my inbox! Please come up with a way to block a masked sender address. When a sender address is present, it should be displayed without having to actually open it and alert spam/scammers to see that your address is possibly valid and unleash an unbelievable mass of ads and malware.

There is no way to access filters to block spam because there is no”additional” settings under settiings. This is ludicrous.

When adding to spam folder- like gmail give an option to block or you just block spam forever so I don't keep getting it over and over again

I tried to vote for a post with the same issue but the vote button wouldn't work. I believe it is ABSOLUTELY UNFAIR that we cannot deactivate that crazy spam filter you have. One of my email addresses is used for emergency management and disaster relief coordination. Your filter has marked several extremely important messages as spam recently thereby delaying important responses. I have addressed this before with negative results. I stayed on when you people acquired my email accounts only because I wanted to keep my Verizon address and not have to go through the process of changing my address that I have had for over 30 years but I am going to have to go through this I guess as your system is so user UNFRIENDLY. Some examples of my complaint. The FEMA daily operations report which comes out daily 365 days a year. Every once in a while it goes to spam. I just found two messages sent by the state VOAD president (VOAD being a disaster relief organization) in the spam folder. This delays response to important matters affecting diaster victims and this is someone with whom I communicate regularly. These are just a couple of ridiculous examples of how this spam system works. Of course I can always count on receiving all the messages from online phishermen attempting to get my information as well as ambulance chasers looking to sue someone and let us not forget all the snake oil salesmen selling God knows what. It would be so much easier for me to do my own filtering by using the delete button. I know this is probably an exercise in futility and I'll probably end up closing the account but I thought I would try one more time. Of course I will be glad to also get the message out about this as far and wide as I can to steer clear of aol because they believe THEY should control your account and not you.

Just now, I am trying to send an email from my tablet and I want to attach a file that resides in the tablet in the documents folder. The only attachment it allows me to attach is a picture that exists or take a new picture and attach it. How very very stupid is that!!!! AOL is a darn dinosaur that does not deserve to exist!!!
