Put in a filter that allows the users to block email with select words in the subject line.

One of the reasons I am a faithful AOL user is because I feel they have always handled *********** by protecting my inbox. So I am very surprised that these emails are getting through and I don't now how to block them. Thanks

I receive approximately 50 spam emails every time I log in. And I log into my email multiple times per day. Many of these include F*ck, P*ssy, P*nis in the subject. The rest are an assortment of ads for medications, fishing mails telling me that my icloud will be suspended, and other assorted attempts to get me to contact them. It is hard to believe that your spam filter is not catching these emails. On top of it, NOW WHEN I LOG INTO MY MAIL IT OPENS INTO THE SPAM FOLDER. I have my setting set to open to new mail. It's almost like you want us to get the spam. Could you work on this please.

Ads are HUGE on my mobile - take up more than ⅓ of the screen and not remotely interesting to me. SO annoying.

I literally get 200 spam messages a day. I started blocking them and it sends them immediately to trash..any way to not get at all? blocking to trash still gives me a step to erase.....how do you block completely so I never see them again?? I've gotten 100's of mail to fix my roof!!!! every day Yikes!!!

Daily ads that are irrelevant to me are disruptive. If you accidentally open one you receive 100 more! It's annoying! I don't even read them -

I am currently receiving nearly 100 spam emails per day, many of which contain vulgar and inappropriate content. This volume and type of messaging is unacceptable, and I should not have to manage or be exposed to it on a daily basis.
I have contacted AOL for assistance, but the only solutions offered were either a paid service costing $10 per month—which only deletes up to 1,000 messages before new spam replaces them—or closing my account entirely. Neither option is reasonable. Paying for limited, temporary relief does not address the root issue, and closing my account would cause significant disruption. I would lose access to important folders and records, and it would take considerable time and effort to notify contacts, medical providers, and organizations of a new email address.
I believe AOL has a responsibility to provide more effective spam control measures and better content filtering to protect its users. The current options do not adequately resolve the problem and place an unfair burden on customers.
I am requesting a more practical and permanent solution to reduce spam volume and prevent offensive material from reaching my inbox. -

Just this year I've been getting the most disgusting, pornographic spam, but thankfully AOL has caught it. It's still shocking to find it in my spam folder. The hilarious thing, though, is these nasty idiots don't even know their market audience!! I couldn't even use their product. 😂🤣 But I wouldn't mind if someone split HIM open.

Why would I want additional AOL pgm's when it is already the slowest software I have. Also, until about 3+ month ago, very little SPAM was shown in the folder. Now, almost daily, I have 200+ SPAM dumped and some of it is NOT SPAM but long standing sources. Had this same issue a couple of years go and after many complains, SPAM dumps were reduced to very few. More than likely have missed vital email because missed seeing it mixed in the SPAM folder with ****. FIX IT.

This is not an Idea!! I am getting really ******! All blocking has failed, trying to block these disgusting emails. Doesn't even seem to work labeling it as Spam anymore. They come right into my regular email. Mail labeled "Buried *****", " *** your pants", "Break her ***** tonight"! I am not even a **** person, WTF is wrong with you people? Can't you even block this **** anymore? Its like AOL is f**king garbage anymore!!
Then there are all these phony Cloud notifications, Netflix,Peacock, warning that my account has been blocked or some **** like that. (I never use or had any of these)
I have using AOL, since the early 2000's and it really has gone to sh*t!! -

I cannot believe that AOL's filters cannot catch and block any email that has an obscene word in it. This type of spam has increased and is disgusting. Might the FTC or a Class Action help?

Why does this even need to be said? It is unacceptable that people have to ask you to stop this. You should know better on your own. AOL

Stop letting pervs, pimps and trafficked people solicit sex buyers via your platform.
Stop delivering messages that have profanity in the subject line.Nobody is looking to spam for sex advice.
Nobody is trying to get info about fkng, making her ***, making dicks hard. That is not for the general population.
It is for the sex sick incels and potential Epstein level patrons. Is AOL complicit in human trafficking?
Sure looks like it, or it would stop. There are dozens of complaints.
Your bot just says sorry. Go talk to someone else. It tells us to use our time, and our data, to jump through your hoops, to prevent delivery of sick adult content that we never consented to.
People who want that, know where to go to get it.
Why are you complicit in recruiting people to participate in sex trafficking?
Stop letting strangers sexually harass your users.
Stop being complicit in sex trafficking. -
