  1. Fix the comments. No way to see replies to your comments on news articles

    There's no way to read the replies to comments you make on a news article. It has been like this for two months I think. It stays loaded for only a second.

  3. COMPLAINT ABOUT AOL DELETING MY COMMENTS (SEE BELOW)

    Why is AOL deleting my comments on all your conversations??? Some of the other comments are very derogatory about other people. Every time I print something, it is quickly deleted!!! WHY??? fhuf1988@aol.com

  4. Proving I'm NOT a robot!.......

    My "IDEA" is that you (AKA AOL) stop trying to get me to prove I'm not a robot when I'm just trying to log-in to my email account... like I do everyday. Only now, suddenly AOL wants me to 'prove' I'm not a robot. WHY? and your 'test' gets hung up and never loads the "TEST"...... so I have to use My husbands computer to check my email and send this.

  5. Stop saying you are blocking anymore posts because you didn't like one post.

    I was banned for posting once that you didn't like. Usually when I am told it's inappropriate, I will back it out and not post. This time I was not told, and banned from posting anymore because I was blocked TOO MANY times. Once is too many? That is just crazy! Why are we not allowed to talk to someone and have to go through this avenue? How long is this ban for? Why can't we have some customer service on this issue????

  9. Change your customer service answering system

    I had a horrible experience. I have been kicked off my email, and your customer service system isn't working. I know you have high call volume, and I had to wait about an hour each time I called tonight. But worse, when I was referred to a higher level of technical assistance, each time I was put on hold for that, eventually I got a message asking if I wanted to participate in a survey, and then disconnected. I was never able to reach the technical service that I needed. I was on the phone from 8:30 - midnight, and…

  13. It has gotten to the point that, every time I make a comment on an AOL story, my comments are rejected. I would like that problem resolved.

    Every one of my comments get rejected and I would like for it to stop. I am being targeted and all my comments rejected.

    You should stop limiting peoples rights to post comments on articles and blocking them from posting just because you block their comments which then blocks the commenter..... How long do you block them for anyway? This is ridiculous censorship.

  16. Stop the **** "slideshow" format

    Eliminate the slideshow format completely. It takes forever to get thru one of these. Then if you ever do, think, what a waste of time. You can start to hit next page and the page will jump to something completely different. Usually an ad, I am not going to read anyway Then you have to start over. JUST LET US SCROLL DOWN
