  1. Rude offensive bots @ AOL games

    i find your bots on AOL games and in hearts in particular to be offensive, racist and chauvinist.
    i don't find that funny at all and so many others.
    if you can't restrict the bots, take them away. most of them ruin the games anyway.

  3. How about not sending me emails that were never delivered in 2022? I recently received a bunch of emails from 2022 in Dec. 2025!

    This week (first week of December, 2025) I found messages (unread) that dated back to the year 2022!

    UNACCEPTABLE.

    Please explain how this occurred as spam never seems to have this problem.

    Also, More spam than ever is not getting filtered out. Each day, I seem to have to send 4-10 emails to "spam"

    I also note that periodically, I clean out my mailbox, then find new emails popping up that are from 5-10 days prior.

    I guess you need better spam filters to ensure more direct mail gets through instead of spam taking a priority over legitimate emails (emails…

    when checking a new email after reading it, instead of staying on the new mail it should be automatically move on the old email instead of clicking refresh button.

  7. on aol.com no delete Icon but basic.mail.aol.com there is the delete option

    theres no option to delete the contacts on ( AOL.COM ) but on the basic.mail.aol.com we can delete the contact also on the AOL.COM its shows the UNWANTED CONTACT but on the basic.mail.aol.com it's not showing

  8. Aol is allowing slander by the pro trump Posters and yet they say their Community Guidelines will protect people.

    Mark also was just arrested for touching little kids in bad ways so I wouldn’t reply to his posts anymore as the FBI is definitely monitoring him. This is what AOL allowed to be posted.

    web mail , crashes , unable to open and launch mails. tried using diff browser even performed troubleshooting such as clearing cache and cookies data, had already disconnect and connect back to the internet

  12. Fix the "SORT" in AOL files - Put Alphabetical Order back in!

    While on my (AOL) recipe file & looking at the "SORT" (top right) in the listings it had "Alphabetical Order". It has been taken out. Would you please put "Alphabetical Order" back in.

    Frequently items will be unintentionally changed and a "undo" option would save a lot of time instead of retyping a large amount of text.

  17. Display current folder name in AOL Mail heading message

    When I swirch between my Inbox and my Spam folder, I can't tell if I'm in the folder I want to be in because the page simply says "No matching messages." Sometimes it takes a few seconds to process, and so I think I'm in my Spam folder but I'm really still in Inbox. Putting the name of the folder in the "No matching messages" message would fix that.
