Vary few of my comments cross the line, but somebody "reports" something I said that aol originally cleared and I get blocked. I can quit aol you know.

Weather chart color change
Gray numbers on the weather chart are too small and hard to read. Why did you change color? White was much easier to read.

Don't leave me on hold for an hour, never pick up and then end the call with a customer satisfaction survey giving me the opportunity to give you the worse marks possible. Oh, and I am PAYING customer! How about that for a way to improve???
