1. Bring back the old mail page or fix mine! No warning, you lost two years of my research, all of my bill pay links!

   I depended on there being New Mail and Old Mail. I stayed with AOL for over 30 years through thick and thin, because I want my read mail to go to the Old Mail folder. I can't stand having ALL the darn mail since the beginning of time in the Inbox! I had an Inbox set up with my research links in mail I'd sent to myself and you destroyed it. I now have 4,000 emails to archive manually. Now each mail I read takes several minutes to manually send to Archive. Also, I can't move to the next email after openibng the current email. I have to exit and go back to the Inbox first. There is no more internal navigation from email to email. I'm paying a monthly fee for an AOL Gold desktop that freezes and moves slower than molasses, and now you've turned your web based AOL mail into a mess. Please return my old AOL Mail format. Like others have said, I have been a customer for a long long time. Yahoo, you should know better than to treat your AOL customers like this.

11. GO BACK TO THE OLD MAIL SYSTEM! THIS NEW ONE SUCKS!!!

    return to the old format. this 'new' one is hard to navigate, old mail is hard to delete because it shows up somewhere else, sometimes in more than on place, useless ads in a banner that you cannot delete until the entire page is deleted, most of those ads are spam or scams and many of those products are from china anyway! if you give feed- back on those ads, they just either come right back or new useless ones come up and you could spend hours giving feedback and they never stop, yet, ads still come up in your spam folder which are usually the same **** ones that were in the f*cking banner!

13. AOL NOW does NOT allow people to return to "Classic Email" interface. Can't find my Calendar which tracks important events.

    Previously - YESTERDAY - there was an option to return to "Classic AOL". No more.
    BUT NOW I cannot access my Calendar which documents in ONE PLACE Booster shots, Covid tests, Reminders, LIFE Events. Guess I am expendable AND of NO consequence.

    But BEST of ALL is that there is no way to CONTACT Upper Mgmt and the BOD to express dissatisfaction. Guess "They" are being led around/Managed by the Algorithmics who make all these changes for its - AI - own personal satisfaction.

    There used to be a Left column, a type of TOC. In included Email status - New, Old, Sent, SPAM, Previously Deleted, Contacts, Calendar, etc.

    It was up front, reviewed at a glance.

    But No More.

    It is a MESS. But it is just 0s and 1s, aka DATA. To convert is just to apply an algorithm. But some AI programmed that one away.

    The Worst has arrived.
