    Feature Trump a lot less unless you're fixated on him in which case you really do have a problem.

  5. Eliminate the 2 step verification process!

    Complaint! It is completely unacceptable and ILLEGAL to attempt to prevent your users from accessing our email accounts! If you do this to me again, I will be reporting AOL to the FCC again and the Attorney General!

    Yesterday and Today I cannot post ANYTHING, including these individual sentences on news comments:
    "It is dawn"
    "This is a screen shot to show AOL and Yahoo board members about their censorship"
    "It is dark"
    I called something akin to premium support and she willingly or unwittingly lied to me about sending a confirmation email, so could not verify me.

  12. Get rid of your unneeded two-step security system. This is an e-mail site, not a nuclear weapons site.

    Studies have shown that two-step security process is of use only for people who keep hand-written passwords near their computer or keep them them in a readily found file, such as "Passwords" on their desktops. Adequate security is a long password that is easily remembered. I have lots of money in an investment company, and it requires only a password. Its customer accounts haven‘ been cracked.

    When I see a site and click on it for basic information, I get a popup with choices I can make including talking to someone. Please stop this practice as it is intrusive. Just because someone looks at a site does not mean you need to have the site(s) send emails to us thus clogging our inbox and causing us to have to email every one that we are not interested. No one looked at the whole picture.

Are you able to read and comprehend what is actually written in these comments or does your obsessive compulsive disorder, also known as TDS, prevent you from doing so.     I am a person of Traditional Values. In the past, I enjoyed posting Comments relative some of the stories appearing on AOL Homepage. My ability to comment has been terminated and censored. HOW CAN MY ABILITY TO SUBMIT COMMENTS BE RESTORED? I have NEVER submitted a vulgar or inaccurate Comment Narrative. HOW DO I RESTORE MY ABILITY TO SUBMIT COMMENTS? Surely, AOL and Yahoo appreciate and encourage the submission of different viewpoints and perspectives?

  17. So many issues with AOL. When I delete emails, many are marked as SPAM and sent to the SPAM folder, so I have to manually delete ea email

    My idea is to fix the flaws in AOL! Deleted emails show up in SPAM folder, even though they are not SPAM and were deleted and not marked as spam; or many deleted emails show up again in my Outlook Inbox; AOL has requested that several of the vendors I deal with unsubscribe me, even though I never requested this; I keep getting the pop-up box in Outlook. The list is long and troublesome.

  20. AOL NOW does NOT allow people to return to "Classic Email" interface. Can't find my Calendar which tracks important events.

    Previously - YESTERDAY - there was an option to return to "Classic AOL". No more.
    BUT NOW I cannot access my Calendar which documents in ONE PLACE Booster shots, Covid tests, Reminders, LIFE Events. Guess I am expendable AND of NO consequence.

    But BEST of ALL is that there is no way to CONTACT Upper Mgmt and the BOD to express dissatisfaction. Guess "They" are being led around/Managed by the Algorithmics who make all these changes for its - AI - own personal satisfaction.
