    This isn't an idea. I wanted to give feedback on my technical support person, Mike. My e-mail had been hacked a few days ago. Mike talked me through and helped get this problem resolved. I told him he was my hero. It wasn't an easy fix, but Mike explained everything in a simple way, and he was also patient as I wasn't all that speedy with what I needed to do. Thanks again, Mike !

    I HAVE REPEATEDLY REPORTED THAT I CANNOT A SIGN OUT OF ANY OF MY AOL ACCOUNTS TO SIGN IN ANOTHER ONE.
    I HAVE CLEAN COOKIES AND CACHE FILES TONS OF TIMES. IT DOES NOT HELP- I MUST USE A DIFFERENT BROWSER FOR EACH ACCOUNT. YOU ARE A DISGRACE AND DO NOT PROVIDE TECH SUPPORT, NOR YOU FIX ANYTHING.SINCE YAHOO HAS AOL EVERYTHING IS A DISASTER, NOT BETTER

    AOL won't pay any attention to this !!!
    Hey AOL how come you don't care one **** bit about chasing down senders of bogus AOL spam emails !!! We know It's the reason you don't allow for DIRECT email correspondence with AOL !! And so you think all those ridiculous help articles are of any value? NOT !! Such a lack of service to we AOL customers !!!

  5. Tech support at AOL have no idea what they are doing. They could not even resolve an AOL bug issue

    Tech Support people cannot even resolve an AOL bug issue. I am literally paying for a service on AOL that I cannot use. AOL SUCKS I want a large adjustment as AOL is preventing me from operating my business due to their AOL Issues. How am I supposed to access my Saved On My PC folders to conduct business? Experts in BS maybe but not in tech.

  7. Suddenly alerts/notifications only functioning on iPad

    Suddenly I only and mostly receive notifications (from AOL app) on my iPad, and almost no more on my iPhone, and I turned off and restarted, nothing works, I didn't uninstall. In other words, now I receive frequently on my tablet, and now I can't receive on my iPhone, unless I turn it off, and now there's a discrepancy, it's not balanced. Please improve and enhance app.

    1. Make it simpler to change passwords, by allowing the input screen for the validation code to remain visible, while retrieving a verification code.

    2.Also, allow much more time to retrieve the verification code to input onto a screen, which should not disappear, (as noted in 1. above), while leaving the page to go into the recovery email for the verification code.

    The option now assumes a person has two different devices to work from. That is sometimes the case, but which is not the case for me now, or others.

    Saturation advertising is counter productive. You would t would think after sending me SOOOOO many ASSIST pop ups, I am not interested. These are annoying and interrupt my work. So help me if they continue I will cancel my subscription.

  18. This MacBook Air has been unable to sign on for email for two weeks. I installed at the MalWare option in order for the technician to help m

    Give us time to tell you what is wrong, and why we are SOOO frustrated. 4 of 5 of my Mac products get email fine. ONE is not allowed on to get mail. This started after I installed MalWare option in order to get the technition to get the mail. Then he came up with some way I have to "Generate" a new email code, and I can't remember how to do that. I have an upgrade subscription, and the "HELP" option tells me I'm not allowed to use it. Why can I not get tech support ????
