Id like to complain and have the option of a HUMAN 2 look over my comment & tell me where exactly I violated any guidelines!!
I swear every time I comment about a serious issue like violence in school or where I talk about r@pe culture or sexism, the stupid moderator bot will reject my comment! OR first they might ask if I wanna change it since it might violate guidelines when I know 4 a fact it does NOT violate anything and its nothing I wouldnt say in front of a teacher at school or in front of a court room or the floor of congress!! You people need to provide a way that someone has the option of having their rejected comment looked…

YOU HAVE MY HUSBAND AS MASTER ACCOUNT HOLDER- HE DOESN'T EVEN USE HIS EMAIL much-AND I AM THE ORIGINAL PERSON WHO SIGNED UP FOR AOL WHEN IT FIRST BEGAN! This is fairly recent - you refer to him with my name and you aren't 24/7 help and you aren't FREE....Get back to the original AOL and fix things without trying to get us to pay for your mistakes

weather app missing from aol side bar
My weather app has been missing for a week!!! Turned on today and it was there and read a news story and then it disappeared again???? Please tell me how to fix.

Can you please add some type of filters that can be used to reduce the number of spam emails that fill my spam inbox.
I get over 400 spam emails in my spam box everyday. AOL used to control this with an options in settings where the user could select different parameters to reduce these emails. I get so many that it is impossible to check the folder for any emails that should not have gone to spam. I also use gmail, yahoo and outlook and none of those have the amount of spam that I get in AOL. How do they filter this and you don't seem to be able to do that?

New format is awful and full of bugs
It is confusing. It ruined all the links in my existing emails that allowed me to easily access important meetings. Bring back the old format

When making changes, updates, etc., please give notice in advance then provide a readable guide or FREE information to navigate update.
I just did: Inform in advance, provide readable print information to navigate the so-call-improvements, and provide FREE live phone advice. I find this new update nearly impossible to work with.

Accommodate people who do not own a cell phone.
I recently tried to access my AOL email account at a local public library computer. I was locked out, even though I never had this problem in the past. I do not own a cell phone. When I tried to get an access code from my recovery email address website, this website also required a cell phone... or that I get an access code for that website from the AOL email address website. Impossible! If my computer at home would cease to function, I would completely lose access to my email account. Why not ask a security question instead?

Your new layout needs to include size of printed text like you had before and better colors!
Size of text and better colors in above area where font is listed like you had before. This new layout is awful.

Prior to covid the service was much better
There seems to be no accountability since tech support is working remote
It takes multiple calls to address the same problems and very few tech support personnel document ones call so when u call again - one has to start over
The workers seem to want to do the bare minimum- they promise to call back but never do
Getting through to a supervisor is incredibly difficult
After spending 4 hours having to make 4 calls to address the same problem I finally got connected to a supervisor
