Frustration!
We already pay you a monthly fee for AOL. Irritating as **** that we keep getting these ads that pop up in the middle of our emails. List!

Improve it omg. Having no app would even be an improvement. It’s horrible. I lost every detail from it. It looks very amateur to the eye.

Cookies message on repeat
Why do i have to accept cookies each time i open app? Its boring to see cookies popup every time i open app.

Now must individually select emails on all devices
With the new update, I now must choose to read each individual email rather than having the next email appear automatically. Waste of time.
I now must choose to delete each email on each device I use rather than having them synced properly.
Also, waste of time.

Too many foreign news feeds
I want to filter news feeds. I'm not interested in the BBC, Telegraph, ect.

iOS app no push
The standalone iOS aol app has no push for emails. Have reinstalled and toggled on and off notifications in system settings, still never working. Settings everywhere both In iOS system and in standalone aol app are perfect.

get better spam detection
I am getting so many spam emails sent to my inbox that actually look like spam messages and then when I look in my spam box, there’s so many emails that don’t look like spam. It doesn’t make sense. Please stop the spam emails from coming through. I can’t even have my email notifications on anymore.

The notification sound is still not working
I think it was after iOS updates on iPhone, AOL app notification sound is phone’s default, not the one you choose on the app. It was perfectly working before. Can you fix it so that I know when I get emails, otherwise, it’s buried in all other notifications (Ring works great all the time)

Email issues
On my iPhone using the yellow a o l app. My name no longer populates when adding to an email. Can’t delete an email address which actually is incorrect from my contacts. Unable select an alert for my emails defaults to a strange tone.

i can't verify my email with the site i opened in your email because i can't exist and re-enter through aol email
i can't verify through opening up an company in your email because i can't exist to check the code and re-enter through aol email it cuts me off i can't even go through search because it takes me back to the app

AOL App Cache
Have an option within the app which allows users to clear the space taken up by the Documents and Data/App Cache.
Currently only way to release storage is to reinstall the app.
The App itself is 152.1MB on an iPhone. In addition to this more storage is taken up by the “Documents & Data”.
Everything is within the cloud so we loose nothing.

Get properly trained tech support personnel who actually LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND A PROBLEM! My email will NOT REFRESH after a couple of days
I have to delete my AOL account every couple of days as even though I can get it through my browser (both on laptop and my IPhone). I have to DELETE THE APP AND REINSTALL IT to get it to work. Tech support kept telling me to check my internet connection even when I told her my other apps (I.E. Youtube) worked fine. How frustrating is both your latest updates and your absolutely incompetent support staff?
