Try actually utilizing the existing views on improving the AOL app. The whole exercise is a joke.
If you ask how can AOL improve the app but have no intentions on acting on it, then why waste your users time? Your users want options, especially with the news. Remember America is divided and you are part of the problem.

Remove cnn, ap, nbc, abc and all other biased orgs from my home page. Let user design own home page.
Let user choose what news organizations show on homepage. My news choices clearly are not AOL’s.

After contact deletion from contact list the contact still shows up. Only after completely relogging the contacts is actually removed

Stop the pure cremation advertising
Please stop sending me pure cremation ads every time I open app - we have just lost a close family member who is in the care of pure and I don’t need reminding of that every time I get an e mail.

Folder sorting
I would love to be able to sort folders by sender, especially the trash. Whenever I use the search option, though I know the sender exists, it comes up with no results. Sorting by sender would make finding that one email faster and easier.

Remove online classes
Give the ability to modify/change/remove options at the bottom of the app. I want to remove “Online Classes” and add a favorite website or something more relevant.

News Options
1) please add a Settings option that allows us to open the app to our Mail, or set as a default.
2) The news always opens to the presidential election and it is extremely biased in favor of Harris. It’s always negative about Trump. We all see through this and it amounts to propaganda. I do not want to see news on AOL about the presidential election. It doesn’t even allow a local option.
3) Provide options to create a custom feed so we can eliminate specific topics we don’t want, such as the presidential election.

Stop reporting results of Olympic events right in the headlines that pop up as alerts on my phone.
There are still people out there who may actually want to watch the Olympics without knowing the results of each event beforehand. You DO NOT have to report the results in the headlines. Please stop doing it. AOL news is the equivalent of that person who ruins the surprise twist at the end of the movie just as you’re about to hit play. No one wants to hang out with that person because they suck.
Also, since I’m here, listen to the overwhelming feedback of many users asking you to stop opening to the news page as a default.

ALL YOU HAVE IS GARBAGE FULL OF MISINFORMATION FROM ALL ON YOUR NEWS FEED! FOX IS THE CLOSEST TO NOT BUT THEY ARE GOING AWAY FROM THEIR ROOTS, THAT IS BEING DONE BY THEIR OWNERS! YOU DONT PUT ON NEWSMAX AT ALL! I DECIDE TO LOOK CLOSER AND THERE WAS NOTHING ABOUT THE MOCKERY OF THE LAST SUPPER AT THE OPEN OF THE OLYMICS ! WE ARE VERY TIRED OF THINGS OF THIS NATURE ESPECIALLY!
