Can you create an “Unsent Mail” folder?
Is it possible to create a folder where “unsent mail” goes? Occasionally, I receive notice from AOL that there is unsent mail - I look for it, but no luck. It would be nice to be able to just go to the Unsent folder so the unsent email can be deleted or edited and sent. Thank you.

Fix Multiple Extreme Annoyances
Ads should stay deleted once deleted. NOT immediately pop up again. Spam and unsolicited emails are NOT “conversations” when deleting them. Do not call them as such.

It’s is important that AOL notify AOL user when they get email and stop hiding their emails especially in our Urban Communities!

Delay in auto fill for new emails
For some reason when I enter a new email, the auto fill feature is delayed on these new emails and doesn’t start to work until sometime has passed… in the past the auto fill feature worked up immediately for new emails so if I wanted to send another email immediately after I sent the new email, the auto feature would work immediately but now when I send a new email, the auto feature doesn’t work until time passes, and it is frustrating

Auto fill of contacts for new emails is delayed
for some reason New emails do not allow auto fill until a little bit of time goes by so there is a delay in my attempt to auto fill new email address addresses but the old email address is auto fill fine

Email conversations
When viewing several emails in a conversation it would be preferable to see the more recent emails at the top of the string as opposed to thw bottom.

When asked to enter parts of my aol password but then tell me it’s wrong because I only added the missing part as advised. This happens alot
Seriously? When you say do one thing then say it’s wrong? Are you a human or a computer? I think the latter. Use humans please!!!!!!!

Return to the previous color scheme. I loved the plum, rust and teal colors! Now every account is plain black 😔
I manage four different accounts on the app. For years, they have been rust, plum, teal and black. Now they’re all black. I really hate the lack of diversity in colors, and feel like I’ll be forgetting which account I’m on. Why did you do this???
