  1. New IOS version sucks. Can we please go back to old version where it opened to mailbox not the news or something dumb thanks

    iOS update version rather sucky. Need to go back to iOS version before. Want to open app to my mail not to News or some dumb stuff. Sorry just being bluntly honest about this!!!

  2. I have reported the “Only Natural Diamonds “ ads hundreds of times as irrelevant or offensive, yet I still see them more than all other ads

    Is an AOL/Yahoo customer reports an ad as irrelevant or offensive, the ad(s) should not show up again.

  3. Stop automatically opening my email

    I do not want the app to automatically open my email and neither do a lot of other people. At least give an option to automatically open or not.

  5. Please get rid of this new question box popping up when I want to delete an email! Extremely annoying!

    The new question box popping up when Im trying to just quickly delete an email is terrible!! I don't want to have to answer WHY I don't like this add!!

  6. Thanks for the advice I am going to take it. I can observe a potential troublesome trend when displayed as the app did.

    The advice that I was thankful for was the way in which the app had gone back in great detail to illustrate to me that the trend was obvious for hackers and l was indeed being exploited. But I home and phone number, also not using double visibility verification

  8. Changing Image Profile on New AOL

    The image that is given to you as a profile photo can’t be changed. This photo is located in the left corner of the mail or news page. This image can’t be change and I would like to change mines because I don’t like it for my name representation. Please fix this glitch so we are able to change it. My image is described as a skinny lady with shorts and tank top with red hair. I hope you understand which image I’m speaking about. I do not like using this new AOL because of the image that is defaulted…

  10. You need to have a timed action button for each email. One could be deleat in 30 days ,another could be save indefinitely, delete two weeks

    You have a setting for each email for action in a certain time . You can have timed actions. Like important save , or delete in 6mo, 1mo, and two weeks . Another setting could be block this email.

  11. PLEASE Turn on Mail Notifications for package deliveries 📦

    It doesn’t work when I click mail [mail notifications] [active updates] and try to turn on the toggle for “Packages”. Please turn that feature on 🏆thanks!

  12. I need to adjust the font for outgoing mail, using iPad.

    When I used .windows laptop I could adjust the font for my eyesight.
    Now using iPad, there is no setting for this.

  13. DELETE SPAM WITH EASE OF USE !

    If after CHECKING SPAM For Any necessary/wanted Mail There in Error then - DELETE THE SENDER AND REMEMBER or ALLOW TO DELETE A SINGLE OR SELECTION WORDS AND REMEMBER ! As Before!

    Please make it possible to either accept, open or at least download calendar invites. For now on iPhone I have to open a private browsing tab in safari, log in, download, open and add. Very cumbersome.

  16. Market better the greatness of AOL

    As a AOL user since the first AOL CD was available…maybe 23-24 years ago….I love this product! I want AOL to better market so that my AOL and account can exist for 20+ more years!

    Do more marketing to gain more users
