    My mail icon in my iPhone which went directly to AOL mail no longer works, with NO notification. Now, I have a cam scanner app that has important documents I scan and send through email that won’t work, no one is receiving my documents...why? What happened? I’ve been using AOL for 20+ years, but if this isn’t fixed I have to change. Why did you do this?

    AOL why did you change the format, it sucks!! It was working fine until now. I hate the Ads. No way to unsubscribe to SPAM!! I have missed very important emails. AOL you never notified me of the change. If you don’t put it back I will use Gmail acct.

    I want the old version back! I’m not able to open any email that I received more than 24 hours ago. I often refer back to emails from the past few days and am frustrated that I can no longer do this.

    Not being able to see when someone sends an email is terrible. You have to go in to see if there’s new mail. The old version showed when there was mail without having to click it open. And I’m still getting 1 piece of mail on the old version, everyday it shows me you have mail. Junk mail but still tells me. PLEASE go back to the old way

    Give us the option of either staying with the old email system or choosing to go with the new non working email system.

    I agree with everyone else this new aol email SUCKS!!! The old email worked so much better. I have lost or not received a lot of very important emails all because of changes that were made to this aol email. It wasn’t broken, so why did you have to break it????? It is now a problem and to switch it to another email carrier is going to be just as much as a pain is this now is but the other account will at least get everything to me and is a **** of a lot easier than this new 💩.

    Why can I now see only the last few weeks of emails? It will not go back further, and there are messages I need!

    Why can’t I delete Quicken Lians ads. Annoying. Will not delete.
    FIX THIS. Go back to original version.

    This is annoying and unsatisfactory. I loathe the ads . I have had an AOL email address for 20+ faultless , brilliant years , until now . Very disappointed.

    I can’t open my emails. So I am changing my email addresses to gmail so I can drop aol. I am a disgusted customer with you. I can delete emails, why can’t I open unread emails. Luckily, I don’t use aol for important correspondence or I soon won’t.

    I have had problems with aol. in the past but this in-asked for change has caused me to not receive important financially related emails several times. Because of this I am closing my aol account as quickly as possible. I have been with aol since it first began.

    I am really disappointed with AOL changing the app. I cannot send anything with photos attached; do not like the display, and cannot get my old emails which had important attachments. I am now exploring other providers for the first time in 20 years.
