  5. Fix video feed

    Once again with every aol update something is messed with that doesn’t need fixing. Return to previous video format and also open up mail instead of news feed.

  7. Market better the greatness of AOL

    As a AOL user since the first AOL CD was available…maybe 23-24 years ago….I love this product! I want AOL to better market so that my AOL and account can exist for 20+ more years!

  9. Stop being bad at this

    I signed up for an account a few weeks ago because I wanted a fresh start email address. I had trouble receiving a newsletter I had signed up for and assumed it was the fault of the company (MinnPost). A week later I’m having this problem with 5-6 newsletters so I guess it’s not the company. It’s America Online. And to be clear, these are not obscure websites. Star Tribune, The Athletic, etc. I sign up. And then I don’t get the emails. In Star Tribune case I was receiving the emails and then it just stopped. Anyways maybe it’s…

  10. Add another tab so that I can have 2 different emails

    I want a private one for family and banks and another one for people or businesses asking for my email.but it doesn’t explain on here how I can do that or if it’s allowed.

    No one wants to scroll through All the folders upon the app. So Folders that close to the sections main folder!

  12. When opening an article to read, AOL has deleted the comments section for the article. Why?

  14. FIX EMAIL ADDRESSES NOT POPULATING

    FIX Email addresses no longer pop up when I start typing in the send box. I used to get a list of possibilities. All on contact list. Happening on PC and iPad.

  19. Stop sending to old mail folder—mark them as read or unread and leave them in the in box.

    Stop sending read mail to old mail folder. Just mark them as read or unread and leave them in the in box. It’s so time consuming to have to go back and forth between the new mail and old mail folders constantly. It would be SO MUCH EASIER if messages just stayed in the new mail folder marked as read or unread until I delete or move them myself. Thank you.
