    After contact deletion from contact list the contact still shows up. Only after completely relogging the contacts is actually removed

  2. You ask for input but when subscribers say just mail no news or let us pick the news sources you all ignore or can’t vote on similar posts.

  4. Restore opening AOL iOS app to open as default in mail.

    AOLs latest update changed the default view From Mail to News. Please restore the default to open in Mail and NOT news. It was disappointing to see this change that nobody wants. In addition, there should be an option in settings to toggle this option from news to mail as there is that option on the desktop version of a Windows computer.

  7. Remove cnn, ap, nbc, abc and all other biased orgs from my home page. Let user design own home page.

    Let user choose what news organizations show on homepage. My news choices clearly are not AOL’s.

  8. If it aint broke, don’t fix it.

    My AOL mail has worked flawlessly on numerous Apple products until yesterday, when you geniuses decided it needed to be fixed. Now, I no longer can retrieve my mail on my Apple iphone 15 pro. I now must fire up my Windows laptop to read my mail. Thanks, AOL!

    I can’t phone you because aol doesn’t recognize my phone number. I need help. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m paying over $5 a month for customer support. Help!!

  11. Try actually utilizing the existing views on improving the AOL app. The whole exercise is a joke.

    If you ask how can AOL improve the app but have no intentions on acting on it, then why waste your users time? Your users want options, especially with the news. Remember America is divided and you are part of the problem.

  12. Stop reporting results of Olympic events right in the headlines that pop up as alerts on my phone.

    There are still people out there who may actually want to watch the Olympics without knowing the results of each event beforehand. You DO NOT have to report the results in the headlines. Please stop doing it. AOL news is the equivalent of that person who ruins the surprise twist at the end of the movie just as you’re about to hit play. No one wants to hang out with that person because they suck.

    Also, since I’m here, listen to the overwhelming feedback of many users asking you to stop opening to the news page as a default.

  13. Give back ability to press and hold email to select or give us a select button

    The new pop up menu when you press and hold an email to select it is cumbersome and makes it take longer as now instead of pressing and holding and then selecting the other emails you have to press and hold wait for the pop up menu and then press select from there. Either revert back or give us a select button that doesn’t automatically select all
