stop putting Informed Delivery in SPAM, now I don't receive it at all after marking NOT SPAM
STOP marking Informed Delivery as SPAM. I marked it 'NOT SPAM' and a week after reporting to you and Postmaster, I still am not receiving any Informed Delivery in my emails. Second time you did this. This is your problem, not USPS!

Give us a whitelist
I'm tired of pulling the same friendly senders out of the Spam folder, and your system doesn't learn when I keep marking them "Not spam." Time to join the 21st century.
294th rankedIf you mark a message Not Spam using one of our clients once, that sender will no longer land in the Spam folder. Is there a chance you're using a 3rd party app - perhaps one with its own filters?

SPAM
I get certain emails all the time...and now, all of a sudden, and it's hit or miss, you're asking me if its save of not. If I've interacted with the sender before, especially for YEARS, stop asking me that stupid question. Sometime multiple times almost near each other.
Certainly you have a way to figure out the algorithm, right? You're a tech company, right? Then I get emails that are obviously spam that end up in my in box.
Get your act together please.

Improve the parameters of your search function for inbox/mail
The search function is currently very inefficient. I am trying to get rid of SPAM in my inbox so do a search for it and it tells me "nothing to see here" for search result(s) however when I go to my inbox, I'm finding emails from the places/people that I just did a search on with no results. It clearly is NOT working the way it's suppose to. Not to mention, having the search for both "mail" and "web" in the same search area is very confusing, and I think might be A factor in to why it isn't working…

I accidentally deleted much of the email I was composing. But, with no 'UNDO' button, I couldn't retrieve what I just lost. Why don't you offer such a common command with Aol Mail? I had to try to remember what I had written and retype it. Bummer. Shame on you!

How dare you stop filtering incoming mail and offer to now do it for a fee. I have other providers that are FREE and do a better job free!
I am probably one of a very few people still paying for service. As a provider you are responsible for a certain amount of oversight and I dont think you should try to further monetize. What am I paying for after all

Need the email count of each folder that used to exist in previous versions. Please provide email count.
Gmail gives an email count for each folder. AOL should provide an email count of each folder. I don't understand why this is not provided. In previous version an email count was provided.

put the senders REAL email address in the inbox display
Your new inbox format shows me a message from "Wells Fargo". After nI open the email I can see that the email comes from "Wells Fargo John.Dillinger@gmail.com. NOW John Dillinger knows that I have opened that email. He knows that he has a good potential scam victim.

Vastly expand the real time dictionary and add functionality to add to it.
Hello and thank for considering what should be a very, very, very simple automation issue. That being the roundly insufficient automatized "dictionary" during email composition.
On top of not finding what should be simple words for a reasonably expanded vocabulary, there's no option to add what you had to search out to make sure you're not going crazy; agian, over a simple word like suss.

access email saved on my pc without aol desktop gold
An AOL user should be able to access their email saved on their pc without needing the AOL Desktop Gold software.
