  2. Ridiculous- just spent a half hour with a help tech and I still cannot get the ridiculous contact list of my inbox page. takes up too much

    Ridiculous- just spent a half hour with a help tech and I still cannot get the ridiculous contact list off the right side of my inbox page. takes up too much room and I have to scroll right and left to read my emails- no wonder people laugh at me when I say I still use aol

  4. All The Email Content Some How does Forward Correctly. No One Sees What I See

    I want to share good stuff to another person, but they don't receive the complete format I first received. It does that when I send Youtube addresses or just an email I want to forward. It is usless to send my friends anything.

  5. Ban Audio Ads

    Every time I open my email at AOL-- which is perhaps a hundreds times a day-- I am now being forced to listen to an audio of an ad-- the same ad each time- which cannot be located nor turned off and wasn't clicked on. This is extremely annoying. Please stop this immediately.

  12. Get rid of the tabs that open after clicking on email please.

    When I click on an email, the right side opens up to add contact & I do not like this. I preferred the stacking of add to contacts, calendar, etc.

  16. AOL IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY ARE NASTY! THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING THERE ARE HORRIBLE AND NO HELP AT ALL.

    I would try giving the few people who still use aol some actual help when you service is NOT functioning. I bet you guys do this on purpose in order to get your customers to pay money. Since we have had no support from aol we are working on recovering our emails and switching to Gmail. Good job aol.

  17. Can't respond to your email request because I don't use X or Facebook.

    It's too difficult to give feedback. AOL responded to a post I entered here with a request that I contact you via X or FB, but I'm not on them.
    Also, I don't want to pay to speak to an agent bc of a problem on your end.

  18. Various "Star" colors

    Please allow for different "Star" colors I may star a message that may be regarding one topic - vacation versus another msg for a book publication. Since a star is only one color I can't filter out just the starred messages regarding one topic.
