"You Got Mail!" is AOL's trademark. Thus, that should be the principal ingredient where AOL should EXCEL! You have made a positive move by "Updating and IMPROVING the Quality" of writing emails. However, you have made unfavorable changes that have made writing emails more unpleasant.

Need a way to make viewing email "fit to page" for emails that make you scroll left and right to see the whole thing

Sending emails from a list to the BCC box
When sending an email from a list, I can't add the contacts as BCC. The old mail would allow me to copy and paste but not the new one. I would have to manually move each contact down to the BCC box. Am I missing a step to do this? Thank you.

Learn words. One of the options under spelling should be learn this word or add to my dictionary.
Some dictionaries have not caught up with current words. Emoji for example. Instead of ignore or another suggestion have an option to add to dictionary. Some proper names are not in a dictionary so we should be able to add them to our dictionary as well.

Read Mail Not Going To Old Mail, Slow Search Bar
I can not use this new version of AOL in my office. Multiple employees are answering emails twice or more as new emails are not moving to old main. The search bar types so slow. Old emails can not be retrieved as easily. Classic AOL was far superior.

Fix the slide bar on the right side of messages
Whenever returning from a link on the left side panel, to return to the New Mail option, the slide bar on the right side of the email list consistently scrolls down the list to items listed hours/days earlier. Please fix this fault to make the slide bar go to the top of the list where the most current item is listed. Thank you.

Allow last filter rule to put emails that don't match anything into same folder as "whitelist"
Leave most filtering as is: First group of filter rules implements "whitelist" into a particular folder, second group categorizes remaining emails into other folders. But then add something (a last or default rule?) to be the third group that puts emails that haven't matched any category in the same folder as the "whitelist" used by the first group.

Add prompt of "Do you want to sign out" before terminating AOL session
Add a prompt of "Do you want to sign out" before terminating AOL an session. If you have minimized AOL while multi-tasking with another application and mistakenly hit the wrong X icon in the upper right of your screen (i.e., the one for AOL instead of the other application you are using) AOL terminates without any further warning or prompt. I HAVE MADE THIS REQUEST SEVERAL TIMES PREVIOUSLY BUT EVIDENTLY WITHOUT ANY ACTION ON AOL'S PART.

Ich suche verzweifelt die Möglichkeit, die Mails auch mal nach Adressen oder Namen zu sortieren. Das war im alten Design leicht möglich. Auch das Verschieben der Anzeigespalten ist verloren gegangen.

I absolutely hate the new aol mail. HATE IT. So much has been taken away and more stuff has been shoved down our throats.
Give us the option to hide the side stories on the "Today on AOL" mail page. Bring back all of the fonts and let us decide how we want to type emails. Give us back the ability to pick the font size WITHOUT YOUR CHOICE OF WHAT FONT GOES WITH THE FONT SIZE. Stop shoving down our throats what you want us to see. STOP THIS FREAKING INSANITY.

I Hate Sign In Code
I hate having to get a new sign in code. This time I had to ask for it to be resent 3 times, then tried another method. I really hate this. It just wastes my time.
AOL used to be the best email format. Now I am using Comcast more and more. I don't like the new look and I don't like having to get a sign in code.

SORTING PREFERENCE
WHY DO WE HAVE TO KEEP ~~RESETTING~~ OUR SORTING PREFERENCE??? IT SHOULD STAY ON WHAT WE HAVE SELECTED UNTIL WE CHANGE IT TO SOMTHING ELSE. I AM SICK AND TIRED OF HAVING TO ~~RESET~~ IT AFTER EVERY PIECE OF MAIL I READ.

Non functioning printing
Sort out the printing problem in Firefox. Really annoying that inforation in Paypal statements and some other emails does not transfer to printer. The 'work around' is to click 'Cancel' then copy the full in formation into a blank document in Word and print form there. Tedious and time consuming!!!!
