Scroll Bar on the Right Moves Down the List
Please fix the problem with the Scroll Bar on the Right side of the Mail List moving down the list whenever the New Mail button is clicked. This movement misleads and confuses when attempting to access recent, new emails that have arrived and prompts wrong actions due to their misplacements on the list.

AOL is for the ancient, nearly dead, geriatric folks. You DON'T care or listen to your customers. Proof is this forum. Can't force anyone to act on an ad even with your new 3x only policy. AOL will die with the ancient crowd.

This new popup about reading email without adds is very annoying. I will be transferring my email to another company. I will not be blackmailed to see my entire email.

Its prety obviouse that AOL are not listening to their users.
Its pretty obvious that AOL are not listening to their users. The new format still sucks and the ads in our email are becoming more aggressive. You will notice that AOL totaly ignore direct critisism. AOL bring back the old format and keep your users happy, ignore them and you will lose your users.

Fix your site; it's corrupted and not functioning
Fix it. Today, it wanted me to update my security, but would not accept what I entered. It even said that one of my other fully-functioning email addressesis not a valid address. Now,it won't open my AOL email at all. and, sometimes even says 'no internet,' but your site is the only one having thiese problems. I have fully-functioning internet everywhere but on AOL.

still don't like new format
There are so many things that just don't work with this new format. Obviously it will never go back to the old format and people are forced to deal with the mess AOL created if we want to keep our AOL email address that we've had for 30 years. One thing that is driving me crazy is when I want to respond to a particular email, I click it and ALL the emails come up that are part of this conversation. add capability to insert (not attach) pictures inline. My god, every mail engine on the planet can do this

Vulgar emails
Allow subscribers to add more than 1000 blocked addresses to their blocked list (unless you are going to screen the highly inappropriate and vulgar messages that get through). I already pay for "less ads" but was told (Case# 21539778) that in order to get more in my blocked list it would cost an additional $39.99/month. PLEASE GET RID OF SEXUAL EMAILS, SCAMS AND BAD ACTORS. You are not doing enough at all.
