Can't use carriage return/line feed when composing email
When I write a new email it won't let me to hit return to start new paragraphs. If I create the email in notepad and copy/paste it into the email it works but that is a royal pain in the neck and just is not acceptable. You want everyone to quit using AOL email? That's the way to do it.

negative comment notification
Members receive a "like" email notice when a member likes the posted comment. How about receiving an 'thumbs down' notice as well?

Keep As New
It would be incredibly helpful if selecting "Keep As New" would make the email in the In Box stay BOLD. Also, why did I have to go back to find the email in my Deleted items and then move it back to the In Box?

Include horizontal page breaks and icon to include pictures in email
I send out a newsletter to the remaining veterans and their families of a WWII unit. I dislike the changes made to the AOL software. Before I could access a horizontal page break to separate the articles I send out but cannot find access to that feature on this new software. In addition, there used to be an icon to incorporate photos but that option is not available either. The changes are very frustrating and do not serve my needs!

Allowing Sortation of Messages Strings by AOL Date of Sent or AOL Date of Received Messages
Although if the Sender to an AOL has collected previous messages, AOL is not able to reconfigure what or how the message has been organized.
It might be that the Outside Senders are collecting random messages for inclusion and their Email provider jumbles up the order of what the AOL then receives. I don't know so I am asking. Google seems to be in the same way. You can connect a message string but need to eye-ball find the message received in the midst of prior messages. Email Search
Please, when searching for emails sent to an individual, ensure those emails also show up. Presently, you only show emails the person sent to the AOL subscriber. You do not show emails the subscriber sent to the individual.

Email Search needs improvement
When searching for emails I send to someone (janedoe@aol.com) it will not show. It will only show emails janedoe sent. Pls allow the search to also show emails I (the aol subscriber) sent to her as well.

Offer basic customer support for free or provide accurate info. in aol help.
Not requiring a paid account to answer a simple question like how to delete a contact. AOL's online help is of no help - there is no More option icon so I can then delete the contact.. Ive decided to go with another email account when I get a new computer and move to another state. All I need is simple email - nothing else. While your lifelock and other services could be usefull, why would I stay with AOL if this is how you 'help' your customers.

I had an awful experience when my phone was lost at the weekend, and I tried to login to my account on a friend's phone to find some contact numbers of people from their email. I was asked for a code which was sent to my secondary AOL EMAIL Account, only that when I tried to find that code I was asked to insert the code for THAT EMAIL ADDRESS to my MAIN EMAIL ADDRESS!!! This is quite ridiculous. It seems if you do not have your phone and your secondary email address is also with AOL, you are locked…
