Your search function is broken.
If I place a contact name in the search field, it only shows emal that was sent by that contact. It used to also find email that the contact was the recepient of an email. When there is an exchange of emails between me and the contact, I need to see ALL the emails going both ways. Also, your search doesn't seem to look for 'older' emails in all my folders. I can't manage my emails without this functionality.

Contacts--editing is very complicated, now 5-6 steps instead of 2. Bring back the previous window for editing & deleting contacts.
Editing contact lists is now very complicated, 5-6 steps instead of 2, & it's difficult to find "edit", nowhere to click easily. Bring back the previous window for editing, which was so much easier & very obvious how to do it. Editing lists is impossible--I often want to delete someone from a list but not from the individual list. But the system won't let me do that. I am wasting SO MUCH TIME when I need to edit my contact lists. PLEASE CORRECT THIS!! Why do you change a good thing that works just fine??

spam count display
Display the folder count against the Spam Folder -
The Spam Folder used to show the count of email in it. It currently does not. As a direct result, combined with AOL's apparently more aggressive spam filtering, messages have been accumulating in my spam folder without my realizing it. That means I have missed important messages because I did not have any reason to look in the spam folder!
Please, put the count of messages back in the left column for the Spam Folder.329th ranked -
Allow for scheduling the sending of new emails in the future
would like the ability to send emails, to be delivered at a future date and time of my choice. Currently I have to go to leave AOL Mail and do this in Apple mail where it is available and a great tool.

Restore the ability to generate passwords for third party email apps such as Outlook
AOL seem to have (deliberately?) disabled the passord generator for third party apps which means (being forced) to use AOL apps (along with unwanted adverts).

How to read two emails on same screen???
Sometimes you need to have two emails (or more) on screen to sort out something. Seems the layering of emails is with AOL Gold older versions. (it's been at least 1-2 yrs)

Allow selection by date received. The only option is to select ALL mail. When I delete unread junk mail, I then have to reselect all.

COLORS suck!! So many people have commented about this. Why haven't you done something??? Please improve the colors by offering standard normal deep colors.

Search new mail only
Hello, AOL used to have a search function in the Advanced Options to search in the New Mail folder only - now it's BOTH new and old mail (New/Old Mail). This is terribly inconvenient as I wish to only search for items in my New mail inbox. Could we please separate the two?

Make it so I can auto-forward to a different email address
AOL seems to be the only major email service to not allow this. It makes no sense and it causing business issues on my end.

I have to log in Everytime I come to view my mail!
Everytime I click on my AOL tab, to see my mail, I have to login! It’s redundant AND irritating, as I don’t log out!. Please create an option
