Hard as heck to add names to contact list. Your IT personnel failed miserably!
Go back to old email format, don’t try to fix what isn’t broken, your IT personnel should be fired.

your "help" is really stupid
your "help" is really stupid. I searched about "how to attach an email to the one I'm composing". the first item i get back is about resetting passwords. The others aren't any better.

No side bar on the "compose" email to scroll up and down in the email text. The links are not active. You cannot access a link in an email
There is no side bar in the compose email. Links in a text will not open. The contact list is cumbersome and inaccurate. A search for a current email is not available. You cannot email long lists without a "spam" interruption. Go back to your original version of AOL

When I'm responding to an email that has gone back and forth, put my response back at the top so I can see the message I'm responding to
The whole new mail format is horrible. I am currently going back and forth with a couple of friends in an email, and when I'm responding to the most recent email, it's at the top of the response window while what I am typing is at the bottom of all the emails. I have to keep going back up to see what else I need to respond to, and then I have to go back down, and it is very hard to find the message I am typing because it looks just like all the other messages in the conversation.…

You say we can switch back and boo hoo our leaving but you slam us back to the so called improvement.
Give us the choice to revert to the classic version that does not immediately restore the new horrible persistent version that is constantly being forced upon us. And there's that weepy sad to see you go and then we are whipped back to the new awful version. A frustrating waste of time.

OPTION OF CLASSIC FORMAT
Will you please give us the option of returning to the classic format. This ridiculous new version is now taking me anything up to four times as long to send a work-related e-mail, and as I work in the funeral industry this is not time I can afford to waste.

autocorrect spelling while typing
WHEN are you going to restore AUTOCORRECT SPELLING WHILE TYPING???? It works here. It is essential to have this function restored when typing an email. Four autocorrects just showed here as I was typing. Absolutely essential.

Keep the classic as it is and only modify it slightly where is needed most.
Your old format has been perfect. you don' need to change for the sake of change.

The new AOL Mail format does not allow for editing addressees in the CC or BCC windows.
Please fix this fault or return to the old AOL Mail format.

old email version
This new email version sucks. Instead of one small column on the left with files, and the rest being email, it switched to 3 wide columns, and today a 4th. My email list is about 2" wide. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! I'd opened a GMail account years ago but don't use it. If this isn't fixed soon I'm just moving over to Gmail. This is too hard to read, and the useless other columns/boxes just make it hard to read my inbox, and to type emails - it's just a really bad choice that needs to be re-thunk. I've don't lots…

The search bar. When I search something it doesn't show the keyword of what I search
It doesn't show the email address of what exactly I search.
-I search for an email it shows me on the search result.
Example : I search testing123@gmail.com , what shows up on the search result is "me". When I opened the email it's an email I sent to testing123@gmail.com... It's BEST to indicate the recipient's email instead of the sender.

e-mail help.
this new system sucks. i can't get onot my e-mails without hitting a button that says mail, and when i do it tells me the page is not available. i then have to hit another button and then finally get to my e-mails. i tried going to the help site and asking why and they didn't do anything. just kept giving me the run around with things that don't pertain to my problem.

New Address Book
Your new Address Book is Horse ****!!! You eliminate the ability for us to separate the type of contact to a selected group of contacts. Attorneys, Bankers X type of customer, family, etc. You is the idiot that came up with this idea!! the secret to using a data base is to be able to sort it by predetermine sub lists. That is what we had. Some stupid decision maker took this away from us! That was a stupid move. It motivates us to leave you system!!!
