Are you harassing users? Why are you asking to text access code on a daily basis
Suddenly, I am being asked on a daily basis to enter access code texted to my phone. Is this harassment? I used a VPN in the past so what changed? This is an overkill for sure so what is behind it?

Separator horizontal line missing in reply email
Separator horizontal line missing in reply email
When replying to an email, there used to be a separator horizontal line between the email to which we were responding and our response. That line is missing in action.
The user must manually add a separator line by repeatedly typing dashes or equal symbols, which wastes time.
This is a FAILURE to follow usability standards.
Request:
Please return the AUTOMATIC separator horizontal line that was there before your failed attempt to make things better. Make the system like it used to be.
BTW, being Fortune 25 IT Manager and a college Business…

FIX AWAY MESSAGE/VACATION RESPONSE--IT DOES NOT WORK. This means when client emails me and I am out of office or on vacation it just looks like I'm an *** or ignoring them. UGH. I can set it up but when I test it sending from a different email, no away message comes back.

Contact Lists are not alphabetical???
I have multiple contacts that are Lists - and the Lists are no longer alphabetical. So I have to scan all List groups to find the List I would like to email. not convenient. Do you actually use programmers? ACME School of Programming? Incompetent. No way to fix - unless I delete all the Lists and re-enter them alphabetically?

Fix these problems PLEASE
Cannot cut and paste word documents into it like it was before. When you do it ends up with wide spaces between all of the lines and triple spacing between the paragraphs. Tech said I had to fix this manually. That is not acceptable. Also no way to insert logos and wrap text that feature is gone also.393rd ranked -

cannot move saved mail to old mail
Please allow me to move Saved Mail to another folder. I just tried to move an email to the old mail folder and it won't let me. I cannot even move it to New Mail.
Also, PLEASE stop automatically opening new mail. It immediately gets sent to Old Mail and I miss critical emails.

deleting emails
Something weird is happening - when I select a few emails to delete, it also deletes other emails that weren't selected. Then I have to spend time going into trash to put those back into inbox. Since you are forcing users to use this horrible change with AOL I'll continue to post glitches because THERE ARE A LOT OF THEM!!!!! This was never tested by people who actually USE AOL!!

Reminder to attach a document
In the past, if you typed 'I attach...' in your e-mail and forgot to attach the document, when you tried to send it, a box popped up and asked if you wanted to add an attachment. Why has this gone? It was vey useful.

Keep as New
Since you're trying to copy Gmail, how about when we select "Keep as New" you re-BOLD the email (on laptop)? I utterly despise Gmail, but that's their one good feature!

Would REALLY APPRECIATAE IT if the gray 'reply line' in the left-hand margin indicating an e-mail reply could have a choice to be removed.
The gray reply line is VERY annoying and would like an option for it not to appear in e-mail replies!

Need to access hyperlinks for zoom classes.
If you don't make this so called "new, improved" aol mail so that we can click on hyperlinks to access Zoom, we will all be dropping aol. Right now if I want to access a zoom class I HAVE PAID FOR, I have to forward it to a gmail account. I might as well just change my email address to gmail and drop AOL altogether. We have been asking for this ever since you made the change and it falls on deaf ears.

draft is too sensitive
Draft is seemingly on a hair-trigger. In the last couple of weeks I've had four or five drafts appear, none of them intentional. I'm not even sure what I'm doing that makes it interpret something into draft form.
It's not a big deal obviously, but it's just extra busy work having to police the "draft" section and delete things every time the mail system decides incorrectly that I wanted to save a thought when really all I wanted to do was abandon it.

Don't push your political values on me. just report without bias. I am very capable of making those decisions for myself. If prefer to keep to your path please let me know so, I may cancel my 25 year plus subscrition.
