New AOL Mail inserting wrong email address
When typing the first few letters of my email address, the New AOL Mail is incorrectly completing it with an email address to another domain that I have never used on AOL, nor is it in my Contacts List. This forces me to manually type my correct AOL email address in the CC or BCC box. How does this happen and how can it be fixed?

Woke up today with a new folder in My Mail Folders called "Views". Don't want it/didn't ask for it/want to delete it . . . but can't!
Make additions like these optional - a simple "yes/no" click will do. OR an option to delete it altogether if it is dropped on me unsolicited!

way too much clutter
I'm trying to send an email with a copy to a second person.
so the screen shows the recipient, the second recipient, and empty BCC box, then the subject line, then the font options, then a TEENY TINY space for me to write in.
Everything except the space I'm writing in needs to be collapsible.

How can I keep mail in my new mail folder? I keep thing there to refer back too.
I need to go back to the previous version. I hate having to look thru old mail to find things I left in my inbox.

not possible to open a word document in AOL!!!!! Feedback given several times. They will not change things. This is elementary.
I have to send emails to Outlook to be able to open a word attachment. Useless AOL. When will you catch up and do what people need?!!! Won't hold my breath!

Case #21292172 - Viewing Email OPTIONS:
Dear Madam or Sir, would be very helpful if there was an addtl viewing email option that would allow for the email to remain as NEW even when hovering over the list of emails in the top portion of the screen where emails are listed and only when double clicking on the email would it become READ. This option could be called "Double Click to Read Email".

signature space is a problem
I am very displeased with your new format. I was trying to revise my signature space and now it is too large and double spaced. this takes up too much room and is annoying to the readers. I also have lost the color to my regular emails I send. This is part of my signature writing program.

problem
I posted a problem when the new upgrade went live. The problem is I can not always print my emails. Information is missing in the printing. This is a big problem and you said that you were working on the problem. Wondering if you still are working on the problem because it is still a big issue.

how to print an email
I can't figure out how to print an email so that the whole message prints, not just a sliver of info on one side of the page. This new format stinks.

The window on the right that shows the sender info is totally worthless. There seems to be no way to get rid if it.
Give an option to delete the sender info window from display and printing. It has little or no value added.

Support two phone numbers for 2nd factor authentication
My wife and I share an aol email account. Your second factor authentication only supports one phone number for texting a code or 2 factor authentication. This of course won't work for us. If you supported use of two phone numbers, as other apps do, we could use your 2 factor authentication.

I could not effectively copy the email address. I had to go to the Raw Message to copy the sender's email address

Please return the event button to the left side of the page. It was a great feature and is missed. Thank you.
Using the event button under the mailing section was always a great way to schedule the calandar. Now you have several extra steps to input these dates and it is hidden from the main mail page. Please restore this feature. Thank you.

Bring back right-click menu
Quit trying to be gmail; it may be popular but AOL had more features that worked.
If i have a sender or subject that I want to manage all the emails from, I used to be able to do that with a powerful right-click menu. Now, the only thing is "filter" and the options with it are insufficient.
Please restore the powerful right-click options.

Group
Allow a setting to turn off grouping emails by date received. Or just go back to the classic AOL email rather than this Yahoo-style email.

So many flaws and quirks
It's hard to explain each and every flaw of this new email but it's a nightmare. Particularly when responding to an email, you have entire conversations so you have to scroll to figure out where in the middle of all this text that you are responding to (I have conversations grouped off). Another thing that is happening - if I look at an email and hit respond but change my mind, that "respond" is saved. (Not in Draft - it is saved within the email conversation even though I didn't send it.) So when I go back to that email,…
