accents and diacritical marks
When I am composing a message, why can't I add accents and other diacritical marks? I used to be able to do this. Now I have to pre-type my message and copy it into my email message.

to toggle down on emails the right bar needs to be visible and stop disappearing .

I must be able to sort by name of sender or I will not use the new format.
I receive a lot of emails and keep many to view or delete later. I sort by name and then decide if I want to keep or discard emails in groups. Without this ability it will take a very long time to do this.

Webmail Themes
AOL,
Can you please add a few more email themes, even just a small number? A few more solid colors, and maybe a few holidays like Christmas, Halloween, and Easter? Or port over the graphics and borrow some of the existing classic mail themes? They copied the themes over when they created the 2012 mail interface (what we are now calling classic mail)
I am going to miss the fun themes if/when the classic webmail goes away.

preview
i like to see the whole email in preview mode but the right of the screen has always taken over with ads why cant the ads be at the bottom so the width of screen is for only email

Stop blocking me from sending a link to our products to our clients. THIS IS ********!
I am trying to send our Drop Box link to our clients and it is being blocked from sending as spam. This only started with the new format.

enable the setting of rules that is easy to maintain and automatically filters where mail goes - just like outlook

Option to display full "From" email address in the inbox or spam folder.
I would like to see the the full complete "from" email address. This will allow me to see if a mail is spam or not.

The Subscription button should also be available for more than the main email account. Documents, Pictures, Subscriptions and Travel for all email accounts not just the main account

separate email window
Bring back the option to open an email in a new window. It is a useful feature that aids productivity.
I cannot believe how someone in the design team thought it was a good idea to remove!

Fix new aol mail to make it possible to add new contacts. I've tried it in 3 browsers and 2 computers. Call the help line.Had to switch back
I tried to add a contact to a list in new aol mail on 2 computers and 3 browsers to no avail. Went into help and found instructions that were impossible to follow. Called the help line and was told all my browsers needed to be cleaned, even in a one week old computer. Switched back to old aol mail and added the contact in 2 minutes. FIX new aol mail PLEASE!
