  1. I absolutely hate the new aol mail. HATE IT. So much has been taken away and more stuff has been shoved down our throats.

    Give us the option to hide the side stories on the "Today on AOL" mail page. Bring back all of the fonts and let us decide how we want to type emails. Give us back the ability to pick the font size WITHOUT YOUR CHOICE OF WHAT FONT GOES WITH THE FONT SIZE. Stop shoving down our throats what you want us to see. STOP THIS FREAKING INSANITY.

  7. Search new mail only

    Hello, AOL used to have a search function in the Advanced Options to search in the New Mail folder only - now it's BOTH new and old mail (New/Old Mail). This is terribly inconvenient as I wish to only search for items in my New mail inbox. Could we please separate the two?

    AOL seems to be the only major email service to not allow this. It makes no sense and it causing business issues on my end.

  9. VPN - are you bleeping nuts- banks allow VPNs. Are you top secret Pentagon or just aholes\

    Normally financial institutions allow to log in with VPN down and many allow VPN use. You need to get a life instead acting liike fascists. We should be allowed to use VPNs, You are not Pentagon to block VPNS. God forbid somebody accessed our Spam. You act as pompous aholes not caring about users. We need VPN to protect ourselves on line. The complaint to my Congress rep is coming.

  10. Are you bleeping nuts- why more security than financial institutions

    I cannot access my spam, draft folders. I logged on and than put back VPN which many vendors allow. Financial institutions allow VPNs. ARE YOU HARASSING ME OR YOU ARE JUST BLEEPING IDIOTS? Can you start being civilized? Who would care to break into spam or trash folders. I will contact my Congress rep about this HARASSMENT.

  11. Remove videos that must time out from articles. There is no way to exit the video, I have to just let it time out. Not a good idea.

  12. Are you seeping in more changes now--please stop!!

    First you change AOL from something that worked to something bad. Now, a few months into this mess, I cannot access emails without getting a malfunction notice and "click here" directive. AOL pls stop--just stop. Everything you do makes it worse. Who are you? What are you?

  13. Place all buttons at the bottom of the screen at the top along with move, delete and spam

    Placing the send, attach and spelling buttons at the top along with the move, delete and spam is far more sensible from an ergonomic perspective.....less awkward!

    For some reason, images and links in emails disappear when I reply to the email or forward it. Also Emogies are gone. I don't see any settings that address this.

  18. Not able to "move" email message to the "Sent" or "Draft" folders. Why?

    Not able to "move" email message to the "Sent" or "Draft" folders. Why?
    I need to restore an original "Sent" email from "Trash" folder to the "Sent" folder. It is not allowed=Terrible.

  19. move spam button

    Move the spam button away from all other buttons. I use a touchscreen computer and sometimes try to delete an email but since the SPAM button is so close to the delete button, I accidentally hit the spam button. Please move the spam button to be away from the others.
