  1. Easier deletion of old emails

    Suggestions:
    1. Easier way to submit suggestions! (I was directed here from your Facebook site because I could not find it on AOL email)
    2. On advanced search with date provide: date / search for emails older than number of days. This would be helpful for example to delete any email older than 100 days. This would help us to clean up old emails and save you on storage.
    3. You might even want to put this feature on folders to automatically delete emails older than some number of days.

  2. Fix OneNote Text Pasting as Image

    Text copied from Microsoft OneNote pastes as an image instead of as text
    - Classic AOL did not have this bug; the same OneNote text correctly pasted as text
    - In Yahoo Mail this bug started between 6/22/2020 and 6/27/2020 (I experienced it using my church account. AOL is my primary account so it is a big impact.)
    - Band-aid: paste the text somewhere else (like Word) and then copy/paste it into AOL (this is what I have to do on my church account but hopefully once you fix AOL you will also fix Yahoo)

  5. The more I use this update the more I hate it. I hate the freakiunbg search thing when I am trying to open an email. The placement of button

    Change it back or lose my business. This takes more time with my business which we all know is NOT cost effective. Do what your paying customers need or lose their business.

  9. I switched to new aol hoping it would've updated it's mail sorting feature, but it's the same. I wanna sort 'From' alphabetically, but no.

    Provide an option to sort alphabetically in the 'from' column.

  10. How Can I Hide The Sub-Folders Behind The Parent Folder When Moving An E-Mail?

    One, I LOVE It That AOL Finally Allows Sub-Folders!! And The Sub Folders Can Be Hidden Underneath The Parent Folder On The Left Hand Side, Which Is Great!!

    But, When I Go To Move An E-Mail From My Inbox To A Folder, The Sub-Folders Are Not Hidden, So That Means There Are Way Too Many Folders & Sub-Folders To Scroll Through. It Would Work Much Better If The The Sub-Folders Could Be Hidden Under The Parent Folders When Moving An E-Mail, Just As You Have That Option On The Left Hand Side. For An Example, Check Out Xfinity Or Comcast.net…

  11. Move the SEND button back up where it was (or can I move it ??)

    It seems the "SEND" button for replying to or creating new mail, has been moved to the bottom of the page. Is that something I can move back up to the top of the page? Half the time the SEND button isn't even visible and I have to ***** with the page size just to send an email. Will appreciate some help - it's annoying. Thanks.

    i like to see the whole email in preview mode but the right of the screen has always taken over with ads why cant the ads be at the bottom so the width of screen is for only email

    PREVIEW SCREEN - We should be able to change the background color when viewing/previewing a photo. 18% gray, as it currently is, doesn't work. We should be able to add more contrast by choosing a black background.

  20. In the Android app, format the email print so that it has borders.

    Printing emails from the Android app does not have borders. The app needs to be improved to format the print by adding borders.
